Project started a few weeks later than originally planned but I was able to accommodate that. Flooring subcontractor was great. Counter Top subcontractor has some communication issues; but, things worked out in the end.

They were too high on their quotes, way too high. They are a full service outfit so they do the permits, top down plumbing, electrical. If there is someone looking for an all exclusive company versus having subcontractors come in and deal with delays of all subs then they are a great company....

It took about 5 weeks and the house (a relatively small house) was in disarray but Lock and Quay managed the mess and the subcontractors and the results were wonderful and worth all the work-arounds. They are fine crafts people and very good problem solvers.
