"The excavation broke my main water line. It was fixed the same day costing me extra from what was quoted. I found a crack in my driveway cement after the project was completed due to the excavation equipment's weight. I did not report it to Jacobs. The project was completed in the allotted time."

"I am extremely pleased with the efficiency & short amount time it took for O I Landscaping to clean up an out of control weed growth on side of my house & the overgrown wild bushes growing between my & my neighbors fences. "These guys go above and beyond. The know what they are doing, and have the right machinery to do the job right. They did a large excavation project for me, and thought of many things in doing it right that I had not considered. They make sure the work is done the way you want it to be done. I often stress out over contractors doing work for me, when I didnt already know them, but I lost the stress right away as they started working. Great character and work ethic. Would hire them again."
