"Sam had a very competitive bid for replacing my air conditioner.  He was very responsive to all my questions, and did a great job on installing my new A/C.  I am thrilled with my new unit, and I wish I hadn't waited so long to buy a new one.  Sam is a very nice man and was a pleasure to deal with.  I would definitely recommend him.

Small jobs welcome

"Yura is the first contractor I think Iâ ve ever met that made me feel truly valued as a client. He and his crew of two other guys worked quite literally every single day, rain or shine (including a holiday) for weeks to finish my house. They replaced most of the windows and a few doors, built a new paver patio with a prefab gazebo we bought, as well as a covered front porch. They also tiled the hallway and bathroom, and replaced the shower. All three men were courteous and humble, and by the time they finished, I was actually a little sad to see them go! Yura is warm and funny, and a very gifted craftsman. He and his crew worked tirelessly and meticulously, and the finished product was even better than I imagined. LTB will absolutely not let you down if you have work to be done!"

"Excellent, Kevin Vest explained everything that was wrong with the system and replaced the broken part. He also completed an inspection of the AC system afterwards and made sure the correct air temperature were flowing thru the vents. Highly recommended."

"Andie did a great job installing the NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage for my Tesla. He cares about his customer and makes recommendations, then he follows customer s final decision. Also, he cleaned the work space at the end of the job."

"Was quoted a reasonable price to get a new thermostat installed in my house that was more complex due to it being a heat pump. Also opted to get a tune up while they were out to prepare for the upcoming seasons. Zak was great. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and walked through everything with me and explained it so I could understand it. He took his time and did a great job. Not to mention it was Friday evening and could have easily rushed through to get home for the evening, but that was not the case. He clearly is passionate about what he does, and I am so appreciative!"

Qualified, licensed electricians will charge from $50 to $100 per hour. The cost to hire an electrician for emergency visits may range from $100 to $200 per hour because this urgent service usually takes place during off hours and may require an electrician to leave or reschedule jobs they’re currently working on. Scheduling work on holidays or during periods of high customer demand, like after a major storm, will also lead to higher rates or extra fees.
