Get matched with top subcontractors in Monroe, OH

"We were incredibly impressed with David & his team. They worked so efficiently, communicated well, and delivered well above our expectations for our outdoor living space. David did a great job matching the architecture of our historic home while delivering modern desires. His crew worked in every temperature — even tons of snow —- everyday until the job was done. I couldn’t believe his team’s work ethic- very hard to find now a days! David responded quickly to every request and made himself present throughout the project daily. His team is great with all the details. This new space is my favorite part of our home. Highly recommend!"

"Very happy with the owner, his workers and the subcontractors. It was a joy to work with all of them!"

"Remark is an awesome contractor! They did an outstanding job on our playroom and steam room project. Everyone on the team was extremely professional and very respectful of us, and of our home. Chris and his team were very responsive to our needs and questions while handling all the details which made our projects easy. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality contractor and will be in contact for future projects."

"Replaced dishwasher replaced garbage disposal. Great work great communication and on time and cleaned up afterwards very well. Will recommend and will use again."

"TJs pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes. I hired him to enclose my mothers breezeway. He did excellent work. He is a perfectionist so if he didn't like the look of something he fixed it at no additiinal cost. My husband actually called.him to do some work in our Lima home and he was prompt and again proces were very reasonable. I will be hiring him to do additional work !"

"It went really good. Yovany was very professional with good attitude. He fixed the bathroom wall very nicely. Neat job. He also did couple of other interior fixing jobs with patience and professionalism. We would definitely hire him again."

"I messaged them, they responded quickly. I made an appointment and all was good, until the day of the appointment…and they never showed up, they never texted or called me. Update as of 02/20/2025 I need to change my original review. I was angry that the company didn’t show up. But, they reached out and apologized for being unprofessional about the situation. I have another appointment with them and I will update this with new information."

"They go above and beyond. They even made adjustments that would have cost us more money but included it for free. They are the nicest people I have met here in Ohio, and our friends have thanked us for referring Ashley Justin Developers to them."
