When it came time to install the windows and add gutters, they arrived on time, called ahead to let us know they were on the way and were respectful about where to park. The guys were all friendly and worked ho*** ** 2 very cold days. Brandon and Gabe answered all my questions and made sure all the details were attended to. And, they cleaned up well! We have been serving the Cleveland area since 2003, all estimates are free. Specialized Concrete is fully bonded and insured. I do a mix of both residential and commercial work

"They came out and gave us a quote. They didn't have a formal contract just something Jose wrote up. We agreed to the quote but after reviewing it we felt we couldn't go through with the project. We contacted Jose the next day to advise him we would not be able to go through with the work and he said he would HOLD the 1000.00 check we have given him. The following week I went into tour bank account the stop payment on the check and found that Jose had cashed it two days after he said he would hold it. I am very glad we decided not to work with him as I am not sure I would trust him to do the work."
