Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. Based on my extremely positive experience with Michelle, I will be sure to call her in the future when I need help with fur, leather or suede goods!!!"

I happened to notice on the side of their van that they cleaned tile grout. They were willing to do it while they were here on my polished limestone bathroom and shower stall. "They did a good job on cleaning the sofa. However, they had difficulty finding our building and left me waiting a long time at the front door to let them in. One person came in and started the job and left the other to park the van. There was a lot of telephoning back and forth and then the second person had to be let in and required another long wait she attributed to the parking meter. The logistics took almost as much time as the actual cleaning. Althoough our building is high security< I have not had similar problems with other providers."
