Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. After picking up the solid parts, I realized that cleaning and scrubbing all of the stains would take at least 90 minutes, as the messes were large and 'puddly.' Robert (the owner) answered my call live - no vm or Ai bot - listened to my problem, told me he had one job to complete before he'd be at my house by 12:30. "Excellent service. I spoke to a very helpful agent at the main office who asked me questions about the house and our needs, then scheduled the cleaning within less than a week. The team of two, Betty and Taryn, arrived as scheduled. They spent about three hours in the house, which had not had a full cleaning since August, when our previous cleaner retired. They did a very thorough job. I am especially impressed with how clean they got one of our showers, which had mildew when we bought the house three years ago! I couldn't get rid of it, so this is the first time it is truly clean. Our hardwood floors are shining, and the house smells great. 
They used their own supplies, but asked if I had any special products I would like them to use."
