"I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. After picking up the solid parts, I realized that cleaning and scrubbing all of the stains would take at least 90 minutes, as the messes were large and 'puddly.' Robert (the owner) answered my call live - no vm or Ai bot - listened to my problem, told me he had one job to complete before he'd be at my house by 12:30. "Excellent service. I spoke to a very helpful agent at the main office who asked me questions about the house and our needs, then scheduled the cleaning within less than a week. The team of two, Betty and Taryn, arrived as scheduled. They spent about three hours in the house, which had not had a full cleaning since August, when our previous cleaner retired. They did a very thorough job. I am especially impressed with how clean they got one of our showers, which had mildew when we bought the house three years ago! I couldn't get rid of it, so this is the first time it is truly clean. Our hardwood floors are shining, and the house smells great. 
They used their own supplies, but asked if I had any special products I would like them to use."
