They were both very friendly and kind. It was a pleasure having them in my home to help create a clean and inviting space. They also used higher end cleaning products and were conscientious of using the appropriate product on certain surfaces. I look forward to having Faith back in a few weeks."

Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "Excellent service. I spoke to a very helpful agent at the main office who asked me questions about the house and our needs, then scheduled the cleaning within less than a week. The team of two, Betty and Taryn, arrived as scheduled. They spent about three hours in the house, which had not had a full cleaning since August, when our previous cleaner retired. They did a very thorough job. I am especially impressed with how clean they got one of our showers, which had mildew when we bought the house three years ago! I couldn't get rid of it, so this is the first time it is truly clean. Our hardwood floors are shining, and the house smells great. 
They used their own supplies, but asked if I had any special products I would like them to use."
