"I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. I would recommend this business"

The carpet is 15 years old as well and my husband had gotten some kind of grease on the living room carpet that had not come out with previous cleanings. I am amazed at how nice it looks now. Even that grease stain is gone. I won't have to replace my carpet yet after all. The technician was courteous about calling before the appointment. "No deodorizer seemed to be used on the carpet or the couch. The carpets were wet for 2 days...did not appear clean, even after drying. The couch cost us $70 extra and the spots still remained. To look at the carpets and couch, you'd never know anyone was there to clean them. We were extremely disappointed."
