They keep a list of exactly what I expect eCh cleaning. If I need something g else, it is wise to set expectation the visit before or to call the officials. Over 20 years maybe 1 or two small items have been broken. Insurance replaced.

They did a great job. They are professional and I would use them again.

Not good. Have been working with them for several months and each month a new or previous issue seems to pop up. In talking to them today, they acknowledged that 'Yes, all of the requests are in the file - they just don't check the file." Here are a few of the things (and if it was just a onetime thing, it wouldn't be so bad - but each month, it's something else). I've been using them since December - they come once a month (5 months): 1) Two of the months - my wood floors looked dirtier after they were there, as if they used dirty water. After the second time, I had them come out and redo the floors; they sent a different team and they did a good job. 2) I've asked for a list of what they are doing in my home while cleaning my house - I still do not have a list. 3) They have confused my account with someone else's account on numerous occasions - twice where I was actually overbilled based on the other account. 4) I came home and every light was on in the house, my blinds were completely closed (not dusted or cleaned - just closed) - why? 5) My basic needs are dust, vacuum, wash floors, dusting and wipe down flat surfaces and appliances - no dusting occurred one month. So what did they do for two hours? I don't have them make beds, do windows, or laundry. 6) They keep shutting off the water to my master bedroom shower - why? I've left notes not to. 7) They asked if I wanted a reminder call the day before - I said yes.... and they don't, so I don't always know when they are in my home. I terminated them last month and they asked for another chance, which I did. There was no follow-up and today they were in the house again without my knowledge -- and left the wrong invoice AGAIN. So they have been terminated.

I do not usually write reviews, however... Let me say, my Family and I have been through several cleaners and Greater Cincinnati Maids has been BY FAR the ABSOLUTE BEST!  I have to say, coming home after a long day at work to a sparking clean, fresh smelling house is priceless. All I cared about was house cleaners that were trustworthy, efficient, dependable and thorough. And Greater Cincinnati Maids consistently hits the mark.  Thank you.  Trust me, talk to them first, you'll thank me later. 

They were great.

They were good.  Though the email from Angie's list didn't get to them and I had to follow up with a call, when we scheduled time together they were prompt and thorough in the cleaning.  They will be my service.

As above...terrible waste of my time, and so disappointing that Angie's List supports companies that use false advertising.

They did fine, a good job. They were punctual and easy to work with. The staff was very friendly.

A huge shout out and thank you to both Angie and Victoria for setting up cleaning services for my daughter after she was in an accident.  Living 600 miles away, there was only so much we could do to help our daughter.  Greater Cincinnati Maids was recommended by her landlord, and when we called GCM, they stepped up and made a difficult time a little bit easier.  Scheduling was difficult on OUR end, and they worked with us to make it as easy as possible, going out of their way to make it work.  The house was sparkling clean after they worked their magic.  What a great lift for our daughter!  "Two thumbs up - WAY UP"!   They were professional, easy to work with, honest about how much time it would take, and the price was right.

I've been using Greater Cincinnati Maids, Inc. for more than 2 years now. I have been thrilled in every way (feel guilty I didn't post a review sooner). If you have used other similar services (M*rry Maids, Clean*ng Authority) -- GCM is not the same. Those other providers charged a lot -- but it didn't go to the people that actually showed up to clean your house. And the girls never seemed happy, never stayed in their jobs for long, didn't get paid if they didn't work -- the "maids" just weren't treated well, in my view. That is nearly opposite with Greater Cincinnati Maids. My two "girls" -- Annette and Tricia -- are the sweetest, most reliable, conscientious, trustworthy cleaning folk I've ever encountered. And they're happy in their jobs!! They are treated well. If a child is sick, they can attend to them. If a car breaks down, they get someone else immediately. They get 3-day weekends each week. Apparently, Greater Cincinnati Maids has a number of long-time employees. People like working for them. I'm so glad I found them (... I think I found them on Angie's List!) I can't recommend the company higher.

An excellent job was done.  Work done was done to my satisfaction.  It was as if I had cleaned it myself it was that good.

Very thorough and responsive to specific requests.  GREAT!

I just have them do the basics and it is the same every month. They do a pretty good job. I feel they are trustworthy, friendly at the same time professional. Price wise I had another company doing my cleaning who were more expensive. I switched to Greater Cincinnati Maids. After doing some monthly cleanings, the ladies actually cut the price because they felt I was being overcharged for the amount of time and work they did.

My wife and I were very impressed with the cleaning service.  We have used several other cleaning services in the past and have never had great results.  The two girls worked for appx 2.5 hours and covered alot of area.  They were detailed and worked diligently. 
Out of all the cleaning service companies we have used, i would reccommend this one as the best.  I will continue to update this review for future visits, if anything were to change.

Annette and Trisha are the two employees that I request because of their work ethic, timeliness, efficiency, are an asset to this company and they do an excellent job.

The girls are amazing. They are very detailed with their cleaning. If there is ever a conflict with my normal two girls that come they always call to ask me if I would mind another couple girls to come or if another date for my normal cleaning ladies. I feel very comfortable leaving a key with them and have them being there even when I am not home. They are very professional and respectful of my belongings which I was nervous about hiring people to come into my home and clean for me. If there is ever something extra I need them to do they are more than happy to do it for me. I recommend them to everyone!!

A a person the use to clean houses, they do a ok job, but I am picky.  They would probably do more, and a better job if I wanted to pay for them to stay longer.

The cleaning was not done to my satisfaction.  The walls and counters were visibly dirty as well as the kitchen cabinets which I specifically asked to be cleaned.  I ended up spending another 2-3 hours cleaning the kitchen and I wasn't expecting to have to do that.
