They were both very friendly and kind. It was a pleasure having them in my home to help create a clean and inviting space. They also used higher end cleaning products and were conscientious of using the appropriate product on certain surfaces. I look forward to having Faith back in a few weeks."

And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. We had a couple of birds to get into the Laundry Air Duct, because the cover out side had gotten knocked off, and they sucked it all out of vent. and then made a new cover for it so that the birds could not get in.  This was excellent for them to take the time to do this.  We were very pleased.
