Michelle explained the services she could and could not offer in terms of my needed furniture repair. And while she cannot help me specifically with my furniture issue, she offered a very generous solution: she is going to send me leather dye for the scratched ottoman and talk me through the repair, should I need help! Michelle also explained that she deals with customers all over the country, in need of leather and purse and clothing repair, cleaning, and restoration. "A huge shout out and thank you to both Angie and Victoria for setting up cleaning services for my daughter after she was in an accident.  Living 600 miles away, there was only so much we could do to help our daughter.  Greater Cincinnati Maids was recommended by her landlord, and when we called GCM, they stepped up and made a difficult time a little bit easier.  Scheduling was difficult on OUR end, and they worked with us to make it as easy as possible, going out of their way to make it work.  The house was sparkling clean after they worked their magic.  What a great lift for our daughter!  "Two thumbs up - WAY UP"!   They were professional, easy to work with, honest about how much time it would take, and the price was right.
