Over the years, I have been mastering different techniques to serve our customers with the highest of quality and services. All of our employees are highly skilled and trained. We do everything from mowing, mulch installation, patio design, hardscaping, new bed design, spring cleanups, planting, sprinkler repair/installation to lawn maintenance. "Tricolor charged 3 times what the original estimate was. They removed two stumps and filled areas with soil and added seed. Both areas sunk down 8 inches over a few months. I called them twice and they were supposed to get back to me to look at it but I never heard back. I had the job redone by Perfect Touch Landscaping. Tricolor should have packed the soil at the time but didn't, therefore, the areas probably sank because of the tree root gaps below. Tricolor should have known that and added extra soil. They should have at least, returned my calls or come back out to add soil and reseed. They're nice people but I believe they are inexperienced in some areas. They did a good job of cleaning out the landscaped areas. I just wish Francisco would have"

"This company came to the house uncontacted. They said they would cut down my tree and strangely knew my name. They drove off to get a rope initially and came back with a small diameter yellow nylon rope. They tied it low on the tree, cut it wrong and it fell onto my house. They pretty much drove off after that and did not charge me of course but then I had to pay to get the house fixed. New gutter in front and repair of the roof. The boss has been harassing me since this occured calling me, texting cursing and calling me names I won't repeat. Tomorrow I will make a police report and report them to the city."
