very good, I was very happy

DO NOT USE JIM HALL. He stiffed us. Never came back to complete the job. He demanded to be paid in full so we did. Text messages confirm he still had "4-5 hrs. of work to do." Called me every profanity possible said he never intended to come back, he completed the job f_ck you ******* etc. and go ahead and take me to court" then said to come back he would need more money. We paid $1500 for a half completed job and ended up having to hire a new company to complete the mess he left. DO NOT USE JIM HALL. As a health professional I seriously feel this man is bipolar and off his medications.

Jim came out as scheduled to review job and provide estimate. We agreed and set a date two days out. Jim called the next day and said that he could combine my job with several others to make a full day for his crew. He offered a discount if I agreed to do the job that day. I agreed. Crew did a good job, and even tolerated my "supervision". Cleaned yard up and the yard looks like they were never there.

The job was done quick, clean and resonable

Service went very well.  He came out when he said he was going to. Price was reasonable. Cut the tree down, cleaned after themselves. I will have them back next Spring again.

Jim came out and gave me an estimate. The tree was along the house. Wanted to bring the crane up to the neighbors fence. Talked to the neighbor and said it was ok. When he got here he wanted to go down the drive to their garage, and she said no. He said to me "I thought you said she would cooperate." Well she did from what we originally discussed. Between him and I he used a vulgar term about her. His workers set up the crane and did a very good job. I asked him how much to grind the stump, he gave me a price, I said ok, said he would be back in a couple days, never showed up or called. His workers were professional, but I will never give Jim my business again. I'm glad he was only here for the set up and at the end of the job.

Jim Hall is a fine gentleman, that will treat u fairly.  We hope to have him come again. His crew were very experienced & worked very hard,  Cleaned up, raked up everything, just an excellent job,  Some services do not want to treat u honestly, he explained everything to us, Just did a great job.

We had a good experience with them. We got it from somebody we knew. They were prompt, had a reasonable price, and did a good job. It was $1800 for the tall tree.

Jim was great- answered each time I called him, and took all the hassle away from having to deal with something like this. He came out promptly for the estimate, and once I OK'd the service, came out and took the tree down a few days later as discussed (house was recently vacant so there was no immediate need to remove it same day). They did a nice job of cleaning up and hauling away the debris. Couldn't have been easier to deal with.

This was a referral from a neighbor who spoke highly of Jim Hall Tree Service. Jim Hall provided what I think was a very reasonable price quote to do the above described work. They performed the job in a very professional and timely manner, hauled away all of the removed trees and debris, and did a great job of clean-up afterwards. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing tree service.

The team arrived early, got their gear organized quickly and had that tree down before I started dinner. They did great job on the clean up also, not much left for us other than some wood to stack and some saw dust to be raked. That was to be expected, to say the least.
