There was a major breakdown of a vital piece of equipment, but once repaired all went smoothly.

Prompt response to my initial request for a written estimate; reasonable price (still -- tree removal is not cheap!), they came when they said they would, and the quality of work was outstanding. It went very well. Antonio George, the owner, was thorough and professional is his work. He took the time to give a free estimate, explained several options if unexpected problems were uncovered, provided contractor license verification and proof of insurance. He explained the process and costs thoroughly before beginning work. He was very careful in the placement of his machinery around garden plants and structures. His staff was courteous and thorough in completing the job, and cleanup afterward. Price was appropriate for such professional service.

They did a great job. They came with unique equipment, a specialized crawler bucket lift that hardly disturbed the yard and it fit through a 36 in. opening. All 20 trees were taken down in two working days. We were very happy with their prompt service.

I had 5 different estimates and Unique gave me the best price by $100. They did the work in two days. The two trees were quite large and the stump was enormous. They did a very good job removing the trees and cleaning up the mess. A couple logs we had originally discussed being removed were left, but I over looked it because it took me 10 days to accept the bid and they were a couple weeks out by that point and managed to show up early anyhow. They mistakened the logs for stumps, but they were parts of large trunks that had been sitting there for a year. It was an honest mistake. Most people say they would recommend them, but the best recommendation one can receive is this: "I will be using them again" and yes, I will be.

It went well and we are pleased with the results. The company had professional equipment; a chipper that took care of all the branches, grinding them into wood chips, and a "cherry picker" apparatus that raised the worker high to reach all the branches for cutting. Clean up was good. We wanted the wood chips for a project and those were dumped in a designated spot. We noticed how the crew were organized and worked well together.

Tony responded to my phone call, and after a meeting and a walk through with him, he presented me with a estimate the same day. Upon accepting his bid, we discussed a day and time.  When he and the crew arrived, they reviewed the job again, and I added a couple of requests.  3 hours later, the job was complete, the tree limbs and brush were cleaned up and shredded, the property was left clean.  I would recommend Unique Tree Service.

Tony called me back in a couple of days, was on time for his appointment to give us an estimate, and was able to fit us in to his schedule quickly.  Tony and his crew trimmed three very large oak trees in our back yard, chipped up the small branches, and hauled away the larger pieces of wood all in 1 day. One very hot day.  One of the trees was over our house with electric, phone and cable lines running through the branches.  Like surgeons they trimmed away the branches without incident or damage to wires or the house.  Once they finished they cleaned up all of the little branches and twigs, and blew the saw dust off all surfaces.  We are very happy with the job they did and would use them again.

This was an Angie "deal". I was contacted quickly by the company to schedule a date to have the stump removed. The owner came by on Saturday to explain the process and look at the stump. The stump was between the foundation and driveway so it was a little challenging.

I was not home when they actually stumped the tree but it was a very neat job.

Highly recommend and would use them again.

Tony George and his crew were the best. They cleared and removed several large trees and brush and chipped out all roots to bare ground. They completely understood what I wanted to do and made in happen in three days. He anticipated what really needed to be done and made the process less disruptive to our life. This is a man who understands what customer service means. 
I found it interesting that they arrived to start each day around 9:30-10 am. That is because they together all eat a solid breakfast before the start of the day and then do not stop for lunch. They worked right through each day. Also, they had all the tools/trucks/machinery they needed to complete the job.
We would definitely recommend them.
