 + 0 moreJames (Jim) Santangelo was paid over $70,000 for work that he did not fully complete and left my home in a state of disrepair, and refused to come back to complete the work. He took items from my home that he did not return, and admitted that I was entitled to some refund, but failed to even refund that money. As a result, he was found liable by the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas for violating the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, specifically for having committed unconscionable, unfair, or deceptive trade practices. The Court has ordered him to pay over $240,000 in damages, but he has yet to do so or make arrangements to do so.
Description of Work: James (Jim) Santangelo was supposed to remodel the entrance bathroom and kitchen. Minimal work was started and left in disrepair.
