We needed to replace a toilet that was not properly installed by the home's previous owner. We were able to get someone to the house right away and have it fixed.

It went very well. No surprises, price and time were just as estimate said. Showed up 10 minutes early and finished up early. Sink looks great, they cleaned up well and very professional.

It was perfect, the contractor was able to pull all permits and provide advice and expertise a long the way. They were able to navigate the intricacies of city government to accomplish the project quickly, and with no delays.

The entire process was great. Rob and his team at Big Bear were very professional, clean and timely. They were very accommodating when we had changes or needed something else done. The work all turned out great, especially our main bathroom. It was completely gutted and built back up. Only the tub in the shower was kept and re-glazed. New tile, vanity, mirror, flooring, etc. I would definitely recommend Big Bear Remodeling for any home renovation need.
