Some good but mostly bad. They switched out an old electric panel / breaker box but incorrectly specified the job. The breaker box they installed is too large for my utility room. I cannot fully open the door on the breaker box because my dryer blocks it. They were given full access to spec out the job before starting...twice, so it was not surprise. When the mistake was discovered at the end of the nearly full day installation, they basically said, "Oops, sorry. We can't do anything about it now. It's your problem." These guys are supposed to be professionals.

Fair job! I went from one long light fixture to two separate light fixtures that were to be centered over my new double bowl since and mirrors. The wiring went well but one of the light fixtures was not centered over the mirror. He had to make multiple holes in the wall so now I need to hire a dry-waller and have that person center the fixture over the mirror and well as fix all six holes. Feeling disappointed.

Bob called ahead of arrival as requested. Upon arrival we discussed what had been done and what was needed. Bob and his assistant systematically checked all possibilities untill they narrowed down the problem. Once the issue was found it was corrected and power was restored to all areas. Price was fair and work satisfactory. I would hire them again if I need electrical work in the future.
