Some good but mostly bad. They switched out an old electric panel / breaker box but incorrectly specified the job. The breaker box they installed is too large for my utility room. I cannot fully open the door on the breaker box because my dryer blocks it. They were given full access to spec out the job before starting...twice, so it was not surprise. When the mistake was discovered at the end of the nearly full day installation, they basically said, "Oops, sorry. We can't do anything about it now. It's your problem." These guys are supposed to be professionals.

After over three weeks of delay, the fan was installed.

Still had some issues after they finished.

Great! Bob and his crew showed on time. I explained what needed to be done and they were finished within two hours.

They were responsive and professional. They will definitely be my go-to electricians.

It went very poorly. They were not responsive.

Fair job! I went from one long light fixture to two separate light fixtures that were to be centered over my new double bowl since and mirrors. The wiring went well but one of the light fixtures was not centered over the mirror. He had to make multiple holes in the wall so now I need to hire a dry-waller and have that person center the fixture over the mirror and well as fix all six holes. Feeling disappointed.

He was friendly in the beginning but unprofessional and in my opinion not very knowledgeable about how business relationships work.

It was fast and efficient. Actually, the deal was for two hours and they completed everything in less time than that.

Bob called ahead of arrival as requested. Upon arrival we discussed what had been done and what was needed. Bob and his assistant systematically checked all possibilities untill they narrowed down the problem. Once the issue was found it was corrected and power was restored to all areas. Price was fair and work satisfactory. I would hire them again if I need electrical work in the future.

I ordered a special through Angies List for 4 hour worth of work for $195. After placing the order, I was contacted by Mike who was able to schedule the service within about a week. Mike, Mike, and Alex showed up on time and were very professional and personable. I had them replace over 80 switches and outlets throughout my entire house. They worked continuously until the project was completed. They did a great job and I would absolutely hire them again.

Went well, they were in and out in an hour

i recommend chesterfield electric to anyone who needs an electrician . they do high quality work for the lowest possible price. for instance they replaced my electrical panel for $690. that is an unbeatable price ...no electrician wanted to match that price.

I had a breaker that had worked for years, then suddenly started to just trip off consistently. There was an issue with a line that was run underground to exterior lights. I bought the Angie's list deal for 2 hours, and they were able to immediately fix some of the outlets on the circuit and provide a recommendation for fixing the 1 remaining asset on the circuit which still was not working, my outdoor pond lights. The solution they provided was cost effective and they set up an appointment for the following week to fix them. They called to schedule the second appointment, and came and fixed it within hours of their call. They were prompt, helpful in explaining what needed to be done, and recommended a solution that happily fixed my issue without having to dig up the existing lines. Yes, I would use them again. I will be calling them back when I need additional work. ---- Update on this review, the new switch for the pond light went out in December. So the temporary work around only worked for 6 months. While I did like their solution and the guys from the company were accommodating, I was disappointed that the end result was approximately $450 for a six month patch. I am back to no lights and the breaker tripping. Because of that I have decided to update the rating to a C for quality. Once spring/summer hits, I will likely be looking for another electrician to re-wire.

It went great. Job went well and was finished on time.

The guys showed up and worked to get the job done. They did have to come back to finish because of sidewalk being poured, but they came and got it done.

They did a great job. Very professional and neat. The remote switch was a great idea and is so cool it is also a dimmer. My husband is elated to have electricity in his shed.

They were nice, even supplied the smoke alarm, only thing is there were only here about 45 minutes

I left a message for Chesterland Electric on a weekend, and received prompt response. An appointment was scheduled for the following Thursday. Technician arrived promptly, assessed the problem. Gave a quote and repaired the problem that same day, all within approx, 30 minutes. I did request approx quote on updating some other work which was very reasonable. I also asked for a card for my daughter in Willowick who needs updating on a home they are purchasing. All in all, a wonderful transaction and I highly recommend Chesterland Electric.
