All Mark Fence

All mark fence came out and did a privacy fence for us. 700 linear feet, so not a small or inexpensive project. We immediately had issues with workmanship (gates not latching and fence had a significant lean to it at the back of our property). I messaged mark and he said he would stop out. He has spent years avoiding me and performing the warranty work, even though I have offered multiple times to compensate him for his time and materials even though the issues should have been covered under his “guarantee” with the original install. I would avoid this business.

Replaced fence that was installed by this company twenty years ago. Mark and his crew were polite and hard working. Twenty years of experience clearly showed in the finished product. Could not be happier. Would highly recommend.

Mark was super easy to work with and our fence looks great. He was responsive and honest and upfront through the whole process. He gave us great advice on how to get what we were looking for, was honest about the time frame, and answered all of our questions very promptly. I wish all business owners were this nice to work with and I recommend him 100%.

Once the work began, the was one or two days when the work was ok on hold due to staying issues, but it finished product looks awesome and my poochies are secure and love running free in our yard now

We were referred to All Mark Fence from others at my work. We needed to replace and match metal fence around our pool. Mark was able to match our existing fence and provide post which meet our new elevation for the new concrete. Working with Mark, we were able to schedule the installation around the ever changing weather here in northern Ohio. The crew cleaned up and hauled away all debris. We couldn't be happier with how the project turned out.

Mark is the best in the area when it comes to building fences. He has done 3 projects for us and we have been completely satisfied with his workmanship and professionalism each time. He knows his business so you can count on him to do what he says when he says he will do it at a fair price.

Very disappointed in the sloppy work. I did notice on the reviews about some slop but they said that he generally fixed the issues so I went ahead. In my case, Mark (the owner) did not resolve the issues, let alone return my call. He we very responsive before he was paid in full. I left a message for him on a Monday (1 and 1/2 weeks ago) to give him the opportunity to fix these issues and still have not heard back as of today. Here are the issues: - Wood fence wobbled badly and I brought this up to him while before he left and he said "wood wobbles". I did some research and found out that it should not wobble to this extent and is usually due to not setting post far enough into the ground or using enough cement, It is only one post in particular that moves the most so that one should have been fixed. - The fence ties the on chain link are set an average of at least 3 feet apart when every source online says they should be one to two feet. They also look bad with the way they tied it above the fabric. - No fence ties at all one one of the chain link posts - Large gaps under the chain link and wood. The wood gaps are worse at about 6 inches which is concerning since I told him upfront that I have a small dog and want the fence to be as low as possible. This was mainly due to them not removing mulch at the hightest point. I removed the mulch to find that it was about 6 inches higher than ground level. I told him while he was there and his solution was to put some dirt under it which he had his helper do. He didn't even bother to pack it down so I simply put my foot under it and the dirt crumbled out, not to mention how stupid it looks. I now have another project of building up the soil around it without it looking so bad. - Several wood boards are mangled and look very bad. This issue never addressed by Mark because he won't return my call - chain link posts are at different levels. I told Mark the day after they were in and he said it will be fine. As I figured, the chain link is at varying levels and doesn't look very good. I have a very level yard. It is only due to them not taking care to have the posts the same height. - Left dirt mound for every post hole dug. I don't think a professional company would leave it that way. All in all - These items would not be all that much for the company to fix to make it right, but it is apparent that he has no intention of doing so. My fence looks more like a 2,000 fence than the 4,100 I paid. I wondered how it only took a total of 8 hours to put this up and now it's clear, do slop work and it goes fast. I took 42 pics but posted just a sample of the items listed in the review. Hope this helps others..

Great! Came in with a good price - did a great job. Responsive to a couple of very minor things that were fixed right away. Mark is a nice guy and I felt very comfortable with him. I love my new fence.

Absolutely fantastic. Fence looks amazing, Mark was exceptional and even stabilized my mailbox post for me, when I asked him to leave a couple small pieces of scrap for me to fix it if he had any left.

Mark exceeded my expectations from the start with the quote for the job until the end when it was complete. I had 3 quotes and his price was lower than the other two quotes. He kept in contact with me from the start of the project until when the fence would be up. When I got home and saw the completed fence, I was thrilled by how beautiful it looked. Several of my neighbors also commented how nice the fence looked to them. Mark was always professional and answered any question I had even when the fence was done. I am so happy I chose him to do my fence and understand how he became an Angie's Service award winner and has so many positive reviews. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have a new fence installed.

There were absolutely no problems with the installation. They came out and they got it done on a timely basis. They cleaned up. They suggested some different types of fencing that we hadn't really thought about and it turned out to be an excellent choice. We've been happy ever since.

We called them and told them the gate was dragging on the ground. He came out and fixed it. We haven't had any problems since then.

Went well. Fence was installed quickly. Best price in Cuyahoga and Lorain County (least expensive) and with that quality installation.

Mark replied to my phone call within minutes and was able to come to my house the next day! He made sure he was here before I had to go to work so that I did not need to take any time off. Work was completed in under 30 minutes and the fence is back to as good as new!

The fence looks fabulous. Mark was very professional, easy to talk with, patient when was we asked question upon question with detailed responses. Take down and posts we're in a day. Fence was up in a 2nd day. The only negative was the start date was a bit delayed - but that mostly due to weather. Out of three estimates and interviews , Mark was the person we felt was most competent of the three and it happened to be that his pricing was also the best. We'd definitely recommend All-Mark Fence to our friends and family
