We went right to the area to begin work and we discussed the flaw in my bathtub. I was hoping that refinishing the tub would be the solution to this problem, but after pros and cons I decided not to have it done. Marlene was well informed, her experience was clearly seen and she was not offended when I made the decision to not have the refinishing done. With all this, I will certainly recommend her highly and use the service in the future as needed."

They are coming again this week because we feel that it is getting ready to split again and they want to look at it see because they said they have never had anything like this.
