"Updated: 2017-05-11
Greenix has called and resolved this situation to my satisfaction. They have proven quite thoroughly that they care about their company's integrity and the customer service provided by it's agents. I have revised my initial grading accordingly.

Original Review:
I canceled my first appointment with Greenix Pest Control after waiting 45 minutes past the scheduled time and two phone calls ending up in their voicemail. The new customer coupon and great Angie's List rating (at the time) was tempting enough to bite. Now I read their Facebook page and apparently this is a long standing issue with them. I definitely do NOT recommend wasting your time with this company. Their FB page also lists complaints of being charged even when no service was provided; that better not happen here!"

"Best Choice Pest Control is without a doubt the best choice for taking care of mice, chipmunks, squirrels, voles and ants and other pests."

"Francis Animal and Pest Control were very prompt to aid in our emergency situation. Excellent value for service and very personable."

"I’m very pleased with my first treatment! I haven’t seen any spiders and the pest or nearly gone! I will recommend to others!!"

"5 Stars - Outstanding Service and Long-Term Results! Stinger Pest Control absolutely exceeded our expectations from day one. We had been struggling with a persistent ant issue in the kitchen and were starting to see wasps showing up around the back patio, making it hard to enjoy our outdoor space. After calling several companies, Stinger stood out immediately with their prompt response and professionalism. They scheduled an inspection the very next day, arrived right on time, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on and how they planned to address it. The technician was extremely thorough, inspecting not just the obvious problem areas but also places we never thought to check—like small gaps around windows and hidden corners in the basement. They treated the ant trails, removed two active wasp nests, and even sealed up potential entry points to prevent future issues. We were impressed by how careful and detail-oriented they were throughout the whole process. What really made a difference, though, was enrolling in their monthly insecticide spraying service. Since starting the monthly treatments, we haven’t seen a single ant, wasp, or any other unwanted visitor in or around the house. It’s been such a relief not to worry about pests sneaking in again, and the peace of mind alone makes it worth every penny. The technicians always show up on schedule for the sprayings, and they’re polite, efficient, and respectful of our property. If you’re tired of quick fixes that don’t last, Stinger Pest Control is the way to go. Their service is reliable, thorough, and clearly designed with long-term prevention in mind. We’re incredibly happy with the results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends, neighbors, or anyone looking to take pest problems off their plate for good."
