One year later the substance used to finish the tub (the enamel paint) began to peel off at the drain in both tubs. Our tenants asked to wait until they moved out to have the tubs fixed due to their concerns with exposure to chemicals. When I called the company to ask about a potential warranty or fix for the problem, the response was that there was nothing they could do and there was no warranty. After some time, the company has agreed to come out and fix both bathtubs. I am hopeful that there will be a positive outcome."
