At the start of the project, we worked directly with Chris, the owner, and he was great—quick to respond, gave us a fair price, and explained everything clearly. He laid out the process in a way that made sense and didn’t drag things out. We always knew what to expect, and he gave us a few pricing options so my husband and I could make the best decision for us. When it came time to sign the contract, Chris and Jesse sat down with us and walked through every detail. They were so easy to work with and made sure we were all aligned before moving forward. The selection process was super smooth—the whole team helped guide us through it, and they made it easy for us to make choices without feeling overwhelmed. Once things got rolling, the project moved fast. Our site manager, Brandon, was amazing. The work was performed quickly, but they did have to come back and fix the drainage issue, as they had set the drain as one of the high spots in the basement, not the lowest. So, while it works, it looks odd and I’ve got a drainage tube in a weird spot."

I was a little anxious because weekly they were asking for on average of $3,000 (despite my giving them almost the whole $10K up front). The price kept going up until I was in over $28,000. It was very stressful, but I paid them the money they asked every time. Then they offered to install a shower for $1800 (we had to not do it originally because it got too expensive). They took the money up front, then disappeared. After going back and forth I told them I didn't want to bother with it anymore. I asked for my money back, and excuses started about why they couldn't. Then he ghosted me entirely. I just had to file a dispute with the credit card company. I was scammed and ripped off. "
