(When I left the message, the app showed they were online.) In addition, only a few minutes after I left a one-star review on the app, they deleted their info from the app and disappeared. I paid him $135.00 and he never returned to repair my washer. He hasn't returned my voicemail messages or responded to my email requesting a response. UPDATE: Provider stole the water pump. Now, I must buy another water pump + pay for another provider to repair my washer."
