I called Dailey Appliance repair on Friday 5/23/14 which this happened to be the Memorial Day Weekend. They were able to come on that same day, which I am very grateful. He repaired my dryer and also cleaned out the dryer vent run. Very courteous and prompt service. I will definitely use this company again. Love the small town companies.

The service was excellent. My appointment was set up for the day after I called and that evening the repair man(owners son) called and said he was down the street and asked if I would like him to stop by. This was about 7:30 in the evening. He repaired the broken belt on my dryer in about 30 minutes and was very pleasant. Showed me how to repair the problem and said I was going to hate myself when I saw how easy it was. He was right but very cool about it. Very positive experience. Had no problem writing the check for this one.

Dailey's is run by Dick Dailey. He is a very personable man with lots of stories.

He is direct and up-front about your problem.

In my case, after identifying the fan problem, he called his supplier from my house and had the part available within 48 hours.

They were good. They were reasonable and knew what they were doing. They took care of my appliances. I will use them in the future as well.

The washing machine was under warranty, so we did not have to pay anything. They did quality work, but they came and did not have the part and had to come back.

We had what we thought were the parts to the conversion kit from the prior owner but Mr. Dailey said they were for a furnace conversion not a dryer conversion. He drove back to his shop and got the correct parts and didn't even charge us extra for this. He also found a few minor problems with the dryer which he explained well and then fixed. He was the cheapest trip charge I could find, $35 and he was $25 per half hour of work.
