The in-store buying process was very smooth. Their computerized system for collecting the necessary information and forwarding it to the cashier was very impressive. From the choices offered, I selected delivery for Thursday morning. Dryer actually arrived at 11:30 am. (Still morning, but cutting it close.) The installers were well trained and careful of my property.

It went really well and was a really good bargain for me. The item that we purchased worked out really well. I had no complications using the card as they took it right away. There was no discussion. We had purchased a storage freezer from them and the first one came in dented, and they gave us a discount on it but then it had a very bad odour coming from it. I called them and they came out and replaced it, and they did it in a short amount of time.

They said they'd send their expert to replace the door. They came and did it, but they put a smaller size door in and it didn't solve the problem. I've been bugging them to fix the problem, but they won't agree to fix it. An expert has finally acknowledged the problem, but I won't have them fix it now.

After the work was completed, they sent someone out to check to see what kind of work they did or they called me to see if I was satisfied. The person who did the sink and disposal did very good work and was very knowledgable.

They were very good as far as returns because I had to return a couple of countertops and cabinets. They were very, very good about that. They were very friendly. The quality was very good. They were very helpful. The overall experience was great. They were excellent. The price was average. I will use them again.

We purchased a scratch and dent gas stove on clearance at Lowe's Morse Crossing. We were able to purchase the stove at a terrific price and the dent was in the area hidden by the adjacent cabinet so it doesn't bother us. The manager was very accommodating in negotiating a great price. We have been very pleased with our new stove.

We worked with William in appliances and Bob at the builder's desk. Both were absolutely fabulous and we have referred everyone we know there - and tell them to specifically ask for William and Bob. Great employees, great company. Have never had any trouble returning anything including a dishwasher that I decided I did not like 6 months after it was installed. Excellent customer service!

They have been very kind, and if we just need a part of something my husband runs up there because it's very close. They don't sell a few things that we've wanted but as a whole we've liked.

They were great and so helpful. We initially wanted to keep our old refrigerator, and the workman who delivered the new one took the time to move it into our garage for us. Then, after a few days, the old one finally died and quit working. The store had called at about this time to follow up on the sale and make sure everything was going fine and when we told them of this, they offered to come pick up the old unit at no cost to us. The service in-store at the time of sale is outstanding, but they don't forget the important after sale service.

Overall, went well. Salesperson (Scott) was friendly and helpful. Carpet arrived even sooner than promised. Installer made appointment, arrived on time and was efficient in getting the job done.

It was very easy to work with and arrange. There was a first-visitation charge, but that was credited to our account once we bought the windows. We did have a ripped screen, and they replaced it at no cost. We were very happy. It was a very efficient installation. They did a good job cleaning up and we have had no problems with the windows.

It was a total disaster. First, they delivered the wrong toilet. Then, the vanity top came cracked and broken. Lowe's had to reorder it from the company 4 times before we finally received one that wasn't broken. Then, to make things worse, the pre-drilled holes in this last vanity top were too small for the faucet. Lowe's had to hire a company to come out and enlarge the holes. However, when this company's representative arrived he said he did not have the tools to do it. So, the Lowe's rep. had to come out and do it himself. All of these problems caused a delay in completing our bathroom remodel project by 2 months. It was the worst remodeling experience I've ever encountered. I recommend that no one purchase a granite top from this company.

Great selection of ovens. They had a promo for free delivery and removal of old appliance, and it was a good price. Delivery ran a little late (about an hour), but since it was free, we didn't complain. Sales and delivery staff were friendly and helpful.

They had a huge selection and the salesperson was very friendly. He even offered some options on how to save money on our purchase. Lowe's pricing was a lot lower than all of their competitors. The delivery guys were very friendly, and offered some tips on how to clean and keep your fridge working properly. They were new to their job, and scratched the entire side of the fridge and my front door. I was able to reach the manager of the store about my experience, and he sent a new fridge in a few days and offered to pay for all materials needed to fix my front door. I was pleased with the service and product.
