Heartland went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly as I wanted. The kitchen is a dream and I highly recommend Heartland and owner Terry King.

Mike was GREAT!!!!  I love my kitchen now and he helped the process go super smoothly.  I truly appreciated that he listened to me and always allowed us to make our own decisions - I never felt any pressure to buy a certain product or look. He totally let me design the look I wanted, but when I needed input he always helped.  I just can't say enough about how well the whole project went thanks to Mike's guidance and help. Would definitely recommend and use again!

It was a great job from start to finish.  Rod was very easy to work with and did not pressure us at all.  He came up with a beautiful design and took each step slowly until the kitchen was exactly the way we wanted it.  He was very detail oriented as was Kevin, who did the work, which was excellent.  He is so knowledgeable about everything and took the time to make everything look great! I trusted him completely in our house, which I had worried about before we hired someone.  I had heard horror stories from people who had their kitchens remodeled, but Rod and Kevin made it a painless experience.  I have no complaints and absolutely recommend them.  I plan to use them again to do our bathroom.

We love the design and the look of the new kitchen.  Allowed for our own personalization within the space.  An issue arose over the wall our contractor constructed, and it was dealt with professionally by Heartland.  The team of Rod and Kevin were great.

I ordered the vanity over the phone, it arrived in a timely manner, we arranged deliver when my remodeling crew was ready and the product delivered is high quality for a good price. I could not be happier and will recommend this company to my friends.

My wife and I had been about everywhere to get quotations on our kitchen from the big box stores to grandview specialty shops, to the swedish discount store before we walked into Heartland Home Cabinetry for the first time as a result of a mailer my parents had received out of the blue. We were greeted very warmly by Terry the owner and he immediately dropped everything at his desk to sit down with us and our sometimes noisy toddler son to plan our kitchen. Terry was able to provide design insight on potential problems and options that we had not encountered at any of the several places we had been before. I told him I was planning on doing the installation myself and that I was somewhat handy but had never done anything like this before and he said he would provide a quote for installation but if I decided to "go-it alone" he would stand behind his product and provide suggestions and advice along the way should I get stuck. As any discerning consumer would, I took these "promises" with a grain of salt. Terry gave us a few door samples to take home and said he would work the numbers together with us from our general specifications at that time. We took quite a while and several more visits with free advice and samples before we finally decided to place an order with Heartland. While we may have paid a little bit more, the small difference had already been paid in design and selection assistance. The cabinets arrived when promised, very carefully wrapped and hand delivered, Terry told us to take our time looking over them and let him know if we found any damage/errors. We had a few small issues, as would happen with any order of our size/complexity but Terry was right there as promised, and quickly remedied them for us. At this point I would say our expectations had been met as far as receiving our money's worth but I had no idea what was to come from this company in the future. As I took forever figuring out what I was doing on the install, to my surprise Terry would periodically stop by (driving all the way across town mind you) or call to check my progress and provide advice. On one particular trip he brought me out a set of very expensive clamps to borrow to aid in aligning the faces of the cabinets, on another he helped solve a very complex crown moulding issue with out of square ceiling and floors, and even provided design assistance on metal supports for our countertop overhang. Those are just a few examples of the wonderful insight/extras we were provided with AFTER we had paid him our money. His countertop quotes were extremely competitive and we definitely would have gone with him for that as well had my wife not desired a very unique color which only one contractor in the entire state of Ohio had access to (seriously). Our kitchen turned out beautiful and everything my wife had dreamed of. I can honestly say, it would likely not be this way had we not gone with Heartland Home Cabinetry. It is because of this experience I call Terry a friend, would recommend him to anyone, and look forward to crossing paths in the near future. We are talking about building a custom bar next to match so maybe it will be sooner than later!
