They came out and told us what was wrong with it refrigerator. Had we decided to use them, the money that they charged us would have gone towards the repair of the refrigerator. However, this was the second time the compressor on our refrigerator had gone out and we chose not to fix it. It is a known issue with LG refrigerators.
