"Zach mis measured a foundation on step #1, made the wood structure fit in the cheapest and laziest way. Concrete pillars were supposed to be hidden under the shed (I also supplied a drawing from another contractor to go by) and they now extend past so I am not able to just easily landscape around them as well as some of the brackets literally hanging off of the pillars. A couple of the concrete screws did not draw down all the way, a normal person would find out why and fix but nope they left it this way, pictures in the link!! The foundation was not square and it is to wide as well due to this mistake. I also had to shim multiple areas due to the foundation not being level. He promised to come back and help with some landscaping and some sort of flashing on the back to help hide the mistakes and most importantly keep water off the wood, I even had him give me a paid receipt saying he will return to help and then disappeared. I have linked pictures and a video of the terrible workmanship. Would not recommend. A follow up and help with some of the landscaping would have been very appreciated. { Removed google link}"

"Tricolor charged 3 times what the original estimate was. They removed two stumps and filled areas with soil and added seed. Both areas sunk down 8 inches over a few months. I called them twice and they were supposed to get back to me to look at it but I never heard back. I had the job redone by Perfect Touch Landscaping. "When I first had this company do small projects for me, I was impressed with the work, however, as the projects kept being done, he was always in such a hurry. He had so many customers to handle, he did not have time to really do a good job. He replaced a vanity in a bathroom, and cracked the drain pipe (2 inch crack). It was left. It began to leak and ruined my ceiling in my living room. So now all the plumbing and ceiling need replaced at my cost. He installed bead board on another bathroom along with trim. It was the worst job I have ever seen. I sat down and cried after he left. Again at my out-of-pocket costs, I now have a beautiful bathroom installed properly. He needs to be up front with customers that his scope of work does not include plumbing, electrical or fine carpentry. Horrible job..."
