"Called Amanda Plumbing because I detected a faint, intermittent natural gas odor outside near my gas meter, They came out and did a check with a gas detector and did detect a slight emission coming from the vent on regulator attached to the meter. Said it was normal for that to happen at the vent. I've read that elsewhere, so it made sense. They also did a gas line pressure test on the lines from the meter to the inside of my house, and found no leaks. I believe they did a thorough job and checked everything they should be expected to check. They were professional and courteous as well."

"I called Appliance Pro several months ago as I had an issue with my microwave.  Jim recommended to me over the phone that I should not look to fix my issue with the microwave as it would be too costly.  The wise decision would be to invest in a new microwave.  Remembering his honesty and professionalism, it was an easy choice on who to contact when my stove stopped heating just a few months later.  I called Jim with my issue, and he was able to come out and look at my oven in just a few days.  He quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad control board, and made several phone calls looking for the part.  He was able to obtain the part quickly.  He even was able to come out later that day to install it.  Unfortunately, the part was damaged (no fault of Jim's) and he returned the part and picked up a new part in just a few more days.  Well, today was that day.  He installed the new control board.  Issue solved!  Jim went through a very detailed instruction on what went wrong and how the oven operates.  He tested the new board and confirmed the oven was working as designed.  He didn't leave until he felt I was fully satisfied with the oven.
