Was able to schedule easily and quickly. They showed up as expected and did spring opening as well as repaired two sprinkler heads. Also did backflow test.

I requested sprinkle system winterization last year. The price of 80$ and service were good. Early October, they emailed me to schedule this year’s winterization without mentioning the price increase but after service they requested and charged 90$ for the same service. Increasing the price should be notified in advance. That’s not a good business model. I will never come back even if I may pay more than 90$ to get the same service from any other company…

Great, I was very pleased with the outcome!

I prepaid $315 in January for the following services (directly quoted from the invoice): “Making sure your system is working efficiently and effectively through the season, we will include a Spring Start-Up, Backflow Inspection, Winterization, and 3 seasonal remote watering adjustments.” Spring Start-Up: The company schedules the spring start up at a time that is convenient for their schedule and emails a notice of the appointment to the customer for confirmation. I confirmed the scheduled appointment. They did not show up. They sent me a second scheduled appointment which I confirmed and again they did not show up. Then they showed up on a completely random day. Fortunately, I was home that day so that the service could be completed. The Technician was onsite for less than 15 minutes, which could not have been enough time to ensure that all irrigation zones were functioning properly. This service is overpriced for the level of effort that was performed by the Technician. I understand that many companies are significantly understaffed at this point and I realize that scheduling changes do occur. However, I expect the common courtesy of a phone call or email providing a status update. Backflow Inspection: For the second year in a row, I received delinquency notices from the city of Hilliard regarding the timely completion of my annual Backflow Inspection. I called the company several times to ensure that it was on their schedule for completion and never received a response. After multiple attempts, I finally received a text message from the Company that indicated that they would get to it but they never scheduled a time for completion. I responded via text that this was time-sensitive because I had already received a delinquency notice, and my response was ignored. After several weeks, I randomly received an email stating that the Inspection was completed. I have been a customer for multiple years. The responsiveness of this company has diminished significantly in the past year. When I pre-pay for services five months in advance I expect better service.

The team that installed and repaired my irrigation system after landscaping was incredible. The customer service was perfect. Always listened to my input and taught me how to use the system. Great staff!!

From the initial request for an estimate to the installation in one day, the service was outstanding! The install team was here on time and worked in the rain for a few hours with smiles on their faces. The installation was completed in about 7 hours or so and the team was respectful and left the property very clean when the job was finished. They worked in extremely tight spaces within a fenced yard without causing any damage to fencing, shed, or the large area of concrete in the back yard. I have only had the system for a few days but the it seems to be running as expected and the app to run the system is great. I would highly recommend Conserva Irrigation to anyone looking for sprinkler services. I will also add here that the pricing was the best around from several businesses that came out and provided an estimate for the job. Great work Conserva!

We got a quote within a week of the request. Everything is electronic and timely. The crew was punctual, very friendly and knowledgeable. They removed several very large rocks from our yard and cleaned up afterward. I am very pleased with the results.

Overall great service. Aaron visited and surveyed our property when we were out, and subsequently sent us a quote for the irrigation installation. At our request, he came round later to explain exactly what was contained in the quote and to show us where the various rotors and sprinklers would be located. We had a reasonably large installation (14 zones) for which Aaron said he'd schedule two days. We set the dates for the installation for the following week. This was confirmed by email, detailing when the crew would arrive. Sergio and his 4 person team arrived exactly on time and began the outside work immediately. A fifth person came and did the inside work, connecting to our water supply system and installing the irrigation flow meter (used to measure water used to be deducted from our total home usage for sewer charge purposes); our water supply was interrupted for less than 30 minutes for this part of the job. The crew worked outside for what I figured to be 8 hours straight on Day 1, and had the job fully completed after about 4 hours of work on Day 2. Sergio ran us through the operation of the system, including the great phone app that can be used to set all the parameters of the watering program. The crew did a great job in terms of minimizing the disruption to our lawn (from the sidewalk you'd be hard pressed to know that any work had been done). Of quotes we got from 3 companies, they were in the middle and certainly seemed to be the most professional. Email and text message updates were provided at every stage of the process. I would highly recommend this company to anyone considering having a lawn irrigation system installed.

We had 4 companies come out, conserva (previously aka AK irrigation) was most competitive and most responsive. Crew of 7-8 came out within a week, worked all day and finished our 12 zone install. The guys were all very nice and professional. The owner came in the morning to make sure he lay down the flags and marked to where all the sprinklers needed to go. We signed our contract with them on Thur, they already had electric and gas come out before Sunday to get everything ready to go. I am very pleased with their courtesy and quick response.

They were one of only 3 of many contractors we contacted who returned calls promptly and came out on a specific date for an estimate. They were the lowest estimate with one being very close and the third being $3000 higher! Unlike the other estimates, Aaron spent time explaining the work that was proposed and how the new smart phone controlled system would save us water and time. They then installed it as and when they said they would. The work was done in under 7 hours and the lawn did not look torn up when they finished. Sergio and his crew were amazing! They also were more than happy to help over the next several weeks if we had problems learning the new system. They also did the work for exactly the estimate. My only minor complaint is that we got no paperwork regarding warranties. Although there is a 5 year warranty on the Rainbird system, I am not real sure what that covers or how to access it if we need it.

I used to love this company. They did a great job installing my entire irrigation system, and did great for the first 5 years of me using them for installation and annual maintenance contracts. So I've invested a lot of money into their business over the years, and they have done a lot of positive work for me. But this is the THIRD year in a row that my backflow test was not submitted. And I ask them every year to make sure they send me a licensed backflow technician. And they assure me they are having the licensed backflow technician do the test, and it will be submitted. But I find out months later when the City of Columbus sends me a warning letter that it hasn't been submitted. And on top of that, when I email their office to ask what happened, I don't get the courtesy of an email response or an apology for the mistake. So I'm very displeased with the customer service with the backflow test submissions since they repeatedly can't get this process done right, and they don't respond to emails for this issue. I suspect it's just one or two employees that is creating this yearly headache, so I don't want to completely knock their entire operations. And I do like their technicians... they are always friendly and knowledgeable.

Awesome experience. Super easy technology for the quote and appointment scheduling. Middle of 4 companies price wise, but were the most easy to deal with and we were super happy.

Their price was competitive and the quality of the materials and work were excellent. A crew of 7 arrived at 8:30 and worked diligently led by the very capable Sergio. I walked through with them and they installed the 13 zones, adjusting the design to make sure all was covered. I was very pleased. Love the app that controls everything and provides reports.

Apparently had a heavy work load ahead of us so he was a little late getting to our house, but quickly got to work and readusted a number of sprinkler heads and replaced several to get better coverage. Walked us through the system to ensure we were satisfied. We were. Sometimes difficult to get service in our area as fast as we would like. Trucks seem to only work is specific areas on certain days. I have an annual contract with the company but does not apparrntly give priority for service. Office manager advised me they were on their way, so I sped home, only to find out he could not get to us due to road construction. Was never advised of the change in time of arrival. Finally showed up after 5:30 pm. Not upset...just stating the fact that communication was not the best between the driver, the office manager and me, the customer. However, we are overall satisfied with the company and the service.

Great work! Came on time, replaced the lawn like there was no digging.

I have had problems with coverage with my existing 20 year old system With the work done I am 100% satisfied and optimistic my system is now optimized for best irrigation coverage
