"I called and left message on voicemail that I needed a Saturday appointment. Jim called me back within 90 minutes and asked about the problem. He was very knowledgeable about potential causes and scheduled an appointment for 10:00 AM that Saturday. On Saturday he called at 9:45 AM to let me know he was on his way and arrived at 10:00. He quickly diagnosed the issue and actually described what he expected to find when he took the dispenser apart. The part was deteriorated as he expected, and he replaced it with a new part he had on his truck. He cleared the water line and the ice dispenser so everything was flowing freely. He tested everything to ensure it worked, but cautioned me that my brand of freezer was prone to freezing the line. He even offered to come back and clear the water line if it froze again in the near future. He was timely, professional, and friendly. I would call him again with any appliance concerns."

"Everything went according to plan. They were on time. Explained the process and what was going to be done. Removed the old system, cleaned the area, and installed the new one. After checking the connections and testing the system, they explained what was done and how it works."

"The mold and asbestos testing was done was in my chimney down into the basement and also went into my furnace. I looked at the basement walls about 10 in. was back with mold and also tested my furnace was a 9 on toxic level. They came in removed all mold and waterproofed basement installed new sump pump and also air purifier system it was worth the money. Now no one has to worry about breathing in toxic poisoning. "Visit one-- was from a technician to inspect plumbing--to see if there were any problems.   I paid $324 for this whole plumbing inspection
The technician indicated ( for a newer addition on the house)-- that the toilet in the bathroom had no vent.  He offered to come back the next week and install the vent which he said was the source of serious plumbing problems.  He said he had an opening the next week and he could come back and install it-- the cost would be about $7,000.   I became somewhat suspicious and called the builder.  The builder said of course there was a vent installed.  
I called back the staff at Mr. Rooter (who are very nice)-- they sent two people out who established that there was a vent installed.   They were very concerned and responded in a timely manner.  So my experience indicates that this is a good company, nice caring people running it-- but I must have had bad luck with the first technician.  That is why I rated the experience B.  For the second experience, this was definitely an A company.  
I'd just caution people to beware any time (and particularly around the holidays)-- if a technician diagnoses big, expensive problems that you have never expected-- and then the technician wants to come back soon and fix your problem for a hefty-cost, that you get a second or third opinion.  
Again-- I think this is an excellent company, with great caring people who want to make things right.
