He was here every day minus weekends and an occasional day here and there. We even went on vacation, he still came everyday with no issues. I know Greg is booked probably through Spring 2026 but if you are looking for recommendations and not in a rush he is definitely worth contacting for a quote."

"We had the pleasure of working with River Mill Construction for our Screened Porch project. We had originally worked with Matt back in 2019, and finally in the Spring of 2025 were able to begin the project. Every step of the way was very well executed. The initial plans were clear, concise and accurate. During the construction phase we got to know our builders Mike and Tom, who are absolute rock stars and know exactly what they are doing. We built a very large screened porch with some tricky roof integrations which required the utmost skill and confidence. Everything was done exceeding our expectations and we loved working with the team at River Mill. The build team was incredibly conscientious while working around our home, they would spend extra time sealing off the work areas to limit dust and debris, cleaned up their workspace daily, and were "Meticulous" about their craft. I felt as though they put the same care and effort as if they were working on their own home. They were very flexible and willing to make and discuss any design changes needed. I would highly recommend them for your custom screened porch project!"

While there are many good contractors and carpenters out there, what sets Nick apart is his excellent communication skills and willingness to incorporate our ideas into the project in a way that combined our vision for the project and Nick's technical expertise to create a beautiful update to our home. Nick did a great job keeping us in the loop as the project was going and always was clear about any issues he encountered and potential ways to address them. We added a good number of additional components to the job and he was able to effectively address all aspects of the project (plumbing, electric, HVAC, dry wall, insulation, etc.) really well and keep things moving along with minimal disruptions. He is very detailed in his final trim and door work and definitely knows how to make things look very good!
