- Champion Windows and Home Exteriors of DaytonDo NOT use Champion for your windows and sunrooms. Their terrible service and sloppy installation will leave you with a ruined subfloor and flooring. Along with time wasted and a headache. We have been trying to work with Champion since June, it's now August, on why and how the sunroom floor will be repaired. When Champion originally built the sunroom in 2017, they did not apply the proper amount of sealant and possibly the right type of sealant around the exterior of the sunroom. This caused cracking and gapping in almost every sealant joint. In less than 5 years, the entire room had to be resealed. To which Champion admits that they did not build properly and say they are getting teams together to do the repair. Over a month of being jerked around and slow communication from Champion, they say they will not cover it under warranty because a change of ownership form was not filled out. Champion also mentioned that the amount of damage to the floor has been there a long time (before we moved in and the house was still under original ownership) and that they needed to be notified within 30 days of the problem. While Champion also understood that the water was dripping INSIDE the walls through the failed sealant slowly over the time lapse of 5 years. Champion is incredibly difficult to work with, slow to respond, goes back on their commitments, and will not service what they sell unless they are paid to repair their poor craftsmanship. - Morris and Moffitt IncWell I don't know what say for the most recent bad review,but we have used Morris and Moffitt for a complete renovation on our Lake home and have been completely satisfied with their work. they do what they say they will do. We have been extremely happy with all of their subcontractors, by the way they are all background checked. We have used them exclusively for the past four years, and being very detailed oriented myself, everything has been completed to my satisfaction, and if there was a problem , addressed immediately. This is a second home for us, and they had made it very easy for us to complete the large scale project via email, texts and pics. As we come up with new projects, Morris and Moffitt is the only call we make because that's how good they are

They were very clean and neat during the work not leaving a mess around which i definately appreciated. They used levels on the railings and awnings to keep everyhting perfectly alligned. They even asked a few times during for thoughts and feedback on the progress. It was completed exactly how i had asked, and how we had discussed. The awning is rock solid, more so than i had expected for the type of awning. It looks beautiful and all of my neighbors are asking who did it because it increased my curb appeal significantly. I would highly reccomend these guys if you are looking for a good priced awning that is installed correctly and looks very nice

"Wonderful! Mike, the owner, was so helpful as I am a widow and my husband used to take care of all of the “man things” so I’m certainly not knowledgeable on renovating and I pretty nervous at the very beginning. The nerves went away on day 1 and things just got better every day! Mike had many suggestions and steered me away from things that he knew I wouldn’t like in the end. I also kept adding things, like painting the entire basement, bathroom, entryway and hallway, removing paneling and other smaller things which added quite a bit of time to the project which may have messed up his schedule, but he didn’t let on if it did. Everyone was very nice about it and I’ll have to say, I really got to know and became quite fond of all of the guys and I enjoyed having them here. They are all very good at what they do. They did a remarkable job and Mike knows that I’ll be calling him when it’s time to start the changes to the upper level of my house.
