They did an amazing job on our first all season room. The glass enclosure was on the second floor, and they added insulation under the wood deck floor, a ceiling fan on the below room and a weather resistant ceiling on the below room. We truly enjoy spending time in the all-season room, enjoying the view of floor to ceiling windows so much so that a couple years later we added a second all season room to the first floor below the first room. The second enclosure looks wonderful, blending the trim with the above room. We are also very pleased with their customer service! Mark responds quickly to any questions!

The project was completed earlier than promised. It was kept on budget and the quality/workmanship is great. We've received many compliments on the sunroom.

The sunroom exceeded my expectations. I was informed about what would happen next in the construction, the minor changes that were made with my consent. It has added much to our new home and we are very pleased.

I had a serious leak in my 4-season room from the sun roof attachment to the house. Additionally from trying to fix it ourselves and getting on top of the roof, the caulking failed and causes more leaks into the room. Better Living put a new roof on of shingled roll material. They also did some metal flashing and counter flashing. They were very responsive and reasonable. We are very excited that we can use our room now without 6 buckets sitting around catching leaks. I loved tge followup call on the work and if I was satisfied. Thank you very much, Better Living Rooms.

Excellent job exceeded my expectations

All in all this is a decent company. Because our project was a smaller one by their standards we did feel a little pushed aside and like we were not as important. The job was done well and in a timely fashion. Since the project has been completed I have been chasing down my warranty paperwork. Our project was completed in November and still have no paperwork. I have reached out several times and have heard nothing back. When it comes to work they do a great job. Customer service needs so real work.

We have been so happy with our three season sunroom and the work Clark Betterliving did. My only regret is we didn t build it several years ago as we now are outside in it every chance we can get. With a space heater if temperature is over 50 degrees no issues being warm. Thanks again.

Our project was not a large project but they were quick and effient

This was an excellent experience from start to finish. Their sales rep worked with us to design a solution that met our needs and our budget. As we progressed I had several detailed questions and concerns and they addressed all of them quickly. We elected to use flexible scheduling to give them the time they needed to do an excellent job. They handled all of the permits and inspections, the entire project went very smoothly. They demoed and removed our old patio and cover, prepared the site, poured a new slab with footer, installed a new cover that was a vast improvement over the original, and restored the site before closing out the project. Our new patio and cover is much brighter and cleaner than the original, and with its modern construction materials and design it is much cooler despite being in the full summer sun. Five stars!

Very happy with the communication. Because ours was just a fill-in enclosure under a current roof we were moved up because the wet weather has slowed other projects. But they were willing to wait on me as I had to finish another project to be able to have them come in. The workers did a nice job and Roy has been helpful explaining things as he went along. Mark & Roy where super quick to respond when we had a drainage problem.( Not their issue to be responsible for.) And will be out to help resolve what they can, which was very helpful and probably beyond what they really needed to help with. Although I believe in general these packages are on the expensive side, I believe after getting a few quotes from other reputable companies, Better Living gave me the best deal with one of the best warranties in the market. This enclosure should help reduce the heating in the winter and cooling in the summer and give us extra room to enjoy the outdoors, without being directly outside.

excellent job! they are polite and respectful. the contract date were between April 19th- july 15. they got done super early. They started on a Friday and finshed that monday. I certainly would do it all again. thankyou so much.
