  Well I don't know what say for the most recent bad review,but we have used Morris and Moffitt for a complete renovation on our Lake home and have been completely satisfied with their work. they do what they say they will do. We have been extremely happy with all of their subcontractors, by the way they are all background checked. We have used them exclusively for the past four years, and being very detailed oriented myself, everything has been completed to my satisfaction, and if there was a problem , addressed immediately. This is a second home for us, and they had made it very easy for us to complete the large scale project via email, texts and pics. As we come up with new projects, Morris and Moffitt is the only call we make because that's how good they areshow more

  They were fine. I think sunrooms are very expensive but I think their price was competitive. They were punctual and responsive. I would certainly contact them again in the future if necessary.

  They were in contact with me several times from the time i got the estimate and agreed to do the job. I put half down, and would pay the rest after completion and inspection. They called with updates and expectations around when a good time for installation would be. When they came to do the install they were on time introduced themselves to my wife so she would know who was doing the work and set a good timetable and expectations of what work was going to be done when. They were very clean and neat during the work not leaving a mess around which i definately appreciated. They used levels on the railings and awnings to keep everyhting perfectly alligned. They even asked a few times during for thoughts and feedback on the progress. It was completed exactly how i had asked, and how we had discussed. The awning is rock solid, more so than i had expected for the type of awning. It looks beautiful and all of my neighbors are asking who did it because it increased my curb appeal significantly. I would highly reccomend these guys if you are looking for a good priced awning that is installed correctly and looks very niceshow more

  Jim was awesome - showed up to all appointments on time and prepared to show samples/answer questions. Site conditions turned out to be slightly different than expected (existing deck structure was not level) but Jim and his crew quickly adjusted and made it work! Very efficient and high quality work.   It went very well especially considering that it was a complicated project. We met with their salesman at our house. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He surveyed the sun room and talked with us as to our wishes for the room. Once we decided on what we wanted he priced up the project and presented us with a contact with advertised discounts. We signed the contract. The price was about 10% higher than my previously shopped prices, but I wanted the Anderson product so that was not a surprise. In fact, the salesman stated that his price would be high at the beginning of his presentation. Next we were visited by an engineer who reviewed the salesman's bill of materials. The engineer re-measured each window and looked at the installation in great detail. He took copious notes while explaining to what was going to be involved with the removal and installation of each window and door. He also broke the news to us that our local code requires that all the windows be tempered glass something the sales person didn't know. This added about $2,500.00 to the project. He estimated the length of project to be 3-4 days. We scheduled our installation date which was two months away (our choice). On the installation day the pair of installers showed up right on time. They introduced themselves and explained what they planed to accomplish that day and got right to work. They definitely knew their stuff. This was a very challenging and difficult installation yet they solved every problem they faced professionally. They worked long and hard. The panel truck they had was a shop on wheels with everything they needed. I only had to provide an outlet for their power. Their installation plan had to be revised due to the late arrival of one of the Patio Sliding Doors. Once again, they worked around it with out any issues. These two guys were the best contractors I've ever worked with. They kept me informed every step of the way and willing explained what they were doing. Always patiently answering any questions that I or my wife had. They finished the project completely in 3 days. When finished the sun room looked beautiful! We now have a room with large expansive views, access to two decks, lot of fresh air ventilation, when desired and we are saving energy. We are happy with the Anderson product even though both doors had defective latches which were replaced immediately at no charge. The real stars on this project were the installers. They were the best I ever seen, definitely 5-Star in every regard! Based on this I would recommend this firm to othersshow more

  Initial down payment was provided and the contract with Champion signed in mid-March. Building permits were acquired in mid-April. Work began in early June and continued through mid August when the room was inspected by the city. The project moved much slower than anticipated and getting status on next steps seemed to be more pulled from me rather than pushed by Champion. While the process took much longer than hoped for or expected, the quality of the labor and room design was absolutely first rate. The new room was cleanly integrated onto the existing house including the former exterior stairwell. The room was explicitly designed for the house with extensive window space and low maintenance characteristics using aluminum and vinyl. We have received numerous compliments on the room and overall we are very pleased with the result. While initially I had concerns over the price, I had researched Champion and the local office seemed to have a solid reputation for striving to resolve any project issues with their clients. Most large projects encounter unexpected problems and my inclination has been to select providers who have the breadth of experience, the depth of skills, and the commitment to their clients to overcome those unexpected obstacles that inevitably arise. Sometimes the lowest bidder isn't the best choice when committing to an enduring decision or product. Overall Champion did an excellent job delivering value with their three-season roomshow more
