"Two major problems. First problem: My original call to them was May 30, 2019. Window finally installed October 5. (Over 4 months later). Unacceptable delay. Second problem: when they finally installed the window, they did not caulk it at the bottom. This was discovered by a painter by accident. If not corrected, water will get between wooden frame pieces and rot. Unacceptable. I have photos to prove this."
