It went very well considering that the time frame coincidence with the hurricanes in Fl putting a load on the supply of glass of this type.

Castle glass did a great job. On time, reasonably priced and correctly done the first time.

I arrived at the showroom , they were courteous and were able to fill the order with exactly what we wanted.Mike came to he house and measured the space then called with the details.We had to wait a couple of weeks for the special order glass but that was no problem. They called us to schedule installation . The installation was very professional and they left the area clean when they finished. The doors are beautiful and high quality.

Castle glass was very professional. Installers were great. Cleaned up and took old shower doors away.

They were able to do everything right there in the driveway. His price was reasonable. I got a couple estimates from other companies and his was the best. He was really really good. He was so considerate to see that all the glass in my house was cleaned up. I had flower beds by the window and he even made sure the glass was out of those.

The installation required coordinating with my window repair person, removing the fogged glass and returning later that day to install the new glass after rotted wood in and around the window frames was replaced. Castle's people were punctual, professional and couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful during the entire process, from the first appointment to the finished installation!

Very professional and clean. Came quickly to remove the broken glass. They were referred from Pella who was unable to make it out. I would use them again.

Castle Glass made glass tops for for pieces of furniture. They turned the job around in a single day at a very significantly lower price then offered by other vendors. I recommend them highly.

The best service I had ever experienced since we bought the house. We bought a lot of furnitures lately from different services. I have to say this company amazed me. From the calling to get the right glass until delivering to the house, they are friendly and professional. This is first time  to see people wearing shoe protectors to customer's house. It is a very thoughtful company. You could tell they care about the details. They deliver on time and take care of the glass nicely. Now my dinning table looks clean and pretty. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.

It looks great, the guys were all very professional, it took only a short time to hang the mirror, and I would DEFINITELY use this company again--

I called Castle Glass to ask about a custom piece of glass to cover the top of a long credenza. They suggested I make a pattern
out of brown paper and bring it in, as two of the corners were 90-degree and two were curved. I did that, and they suggested
the thickness and type of glass to be used. They cut the glass and it fit perfectly. I would recommend the company highly, but
suggest that previewing the job, as I did with them, would be a requirement for custom work.

I used them a couple of times before. They’ve come out and they, like, push what they can. I had to give them the measurements. They were prompt. Their cost was reasonable, it was around $100 for a square foot pane of glass. They were able to replace it in just one visit.

A dresser  had a glass top that broke. I took measurements of the dresser top and a piece of the broken glass to Castle. The replacement glass they made for me fit as well as the original and matched the other glass tops in that bedroom set perfectly. Castle's price was good and the service was fast and friendly. 

They arrived on time, removed window, replaced the double pane, and then put window back in place. The job involved painstakingly dismantling and reassembling the window. Since it was raining, they set up a table in our garage to work on the window. When they were done, the window looked as good as new. The entire job, start to finish, took an hour and a half. 

Owner came to home to provide quote for a new mirror in a newly remodeled bathroom.  Owner took measurements, to include a mirror that would incorporate a new light fixture.  Owner provided quote and was given the go ahead to complete the job.  The job took about three (3) weeks, not because of any delays, etc., it mostly due to my schedule and the fact that the owner wanted to ensure that all installations for my location were scheduled for the same day (can't blame him because of the ridiculous price of gas).  Installation went well and I am totally happy with the new mirror.  Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Received quotes in timely manner; staff was friendly, courteous and answered all our questions regarding the repairs/installations/warranties.  Work was completed when scheduled and without any problems/concerns.  The workers were organized, cleaned up work areas and hauled away debris.  After replacing our window panes, we hired them again to replace our shower door.  Would definitely recommend them.

Wonderful experience!  The owner Mike, came out to take the measurements and give me the quote. He was on time and exact in his measurements!  The suggestions he gave on height and width were spot-on.  His installers were top-notch.  Not only did they install the unit perfectly, but spent time educating me on how to best care for my new shower glass so that it maintained that new look.  It has now been three months and the door opens and closes with precision - not a leak anywhere.  And... given the excellent customer service I got when i purchased the glass, I suspect that if anything ever did go amiss with the glass, Mike and his crew would happily be back out to see how they could help. 

I had an unfortunate experience with a drive-by prankster- shooting a BB gun, and putting a couple of holes in my front picture window.  I first thought of replacement windows- but seemed so unnecessary, as only one large pane of glass was broken.  In calling Castle glass- they came out, assessed the situation- only waited maybe a 2 weeks while the glass was being custom cut- and they came out- and replaced the glass.  For the cost of replacement windows- I was also able to have them replace  and repair three other windows that had broken seals.  They are professional, and clean- and courteous.

Castle removed a large glass mirror from a room that we are remodeling. They were successful in getting it down without any breakage. They took it to their shop and cut it into two smaller mirrors to mount on my closet doors.

Second time we've used them for this, quick and efficient, gave them rough measurements on phone and they replaced glass in that section of door in one visit

Estimate was quick and well below insurance estimate.
Work was done on a weekend to accommodate our schedules and done quickly.
Door looks great and the crew cleaned up all of their mess.

It went perfectly.  Castle Glass gave the best price and were friendly and professional.  Even though the delivery guys were running behind, they called beforehand to let me know.  Although they didn't realize it before coming in (though I told the gentleman who was giving me the estimate) that I was going to have them remove the old mirrors, they did this without complaining and did not charge me extra for them.  Will use them again.  Thanks Angies List!
