The serviceman showed up on time, was professional, and courteous. He replaced the window and cleaned up after himself. I've used them many times over the years for everything from fixing broken windows to fabricating basketball backboards. One endearing quality of the owner is that he remembers your name. I will definitely use them again.

Everything went well. The repair man was at my home within an hour of the call. He was polite, neat and proficient. Great job. The backboard took a few days. When I got it, everything was perfect. Jerry runs a great shop. They even sold me the supplies that I'd need to mount the new backboard to the existing frame. Jerry also took the time out to verbally walk me through the entire process.
These guys are the best.

I stopped in without an appointment. They looked at the mirror and gave me an option to repair the mirror rather tan replace the entire mirror assembly.. The service was great and the price was right. I have used Comet Glass several time in the past. I keep coming back because of the high quality in the service and workmanship. And, they stand behind their wor.

THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND WERE ABLE TO FIX IT WITHIN SIX DAYS. IT WAS AN EMERGENCY AS FAR AS I WAS CONCERNED BECAUSE IT WAS A WINDOW IN MY HOME. THE MAN WHO CAME OUT TO GIVE THE ESTIMATE CAME OUT IN THE EVENING, HE WAS VERY NICE. THE TECHNICIAN WHO REPLACED THE WINDOW WAS VERY NICE, TOO. I WOULD GIVE THEM AN A+ ON EVERYTHING. IT WAS A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND AND I HAVE MY WINDOW BACK IN MY HOUSE.

VERY PROMPT, RESPONSIVE. I WAS SURPRISED THAT THE WORK DIDN'T INCLUDE THE WOOD GRIDS BETWEEN THE PANES. NOW I NEED A SEPARATE SERVICE PROVIDER. THEY DID THEIR WORK QUITE WELL HOWEVER.

I TOOK MY WINDOW THERE. THEY HAD IT READY WHEN THEY SAID. THEY CALLED AND LET ME KNOW WHEN IT WAS READY!
