Will share my complete review on Google and Co site. We were quite hesitant to even start such a large construction project in our home. We had never had this level of work done within our home. Ashley (Project Manager) and Dave were the 2nd company to submit a bid on our basement remodel (thanks to Angi’s List). They came in with very impressive ideas and were extremely transparent with cost figures from the get-go. Meeting Ashely and Dave felt like meeting long lost members of our family. We had a rare comfort level with them right away. We cannot express fully in this limited review how professional Mikey, Tom, Falvio and Pedro were - the do exceptional work. The entire team was top notch, polite, and determined to give 120% to our project. We would never consider seeking construction expertise anywhere else. "

"Absolute WORST experience I’ve ever had with a company! They are extremely predatory and convinced my 63 year old mother that she had to sign the contract THAT DAY, and she didn’t even understand what she was signing! The first day they were scheduled to do the job, they showed up hours late, and said they “weren’t the right crew to do the job”. We then had to wait a couple weeks for a different crew to come, and when they came they said they weren’t the right crew to do the job either!! 2 weeks later, ANOTHER crew came and said THE SAME EXACT THING!!! So after 3 times of getting the runaround, I was completely FED UP with this horrible company and decided to cancel the contract. They FINALLY did let me cancel, but are demanding we still pay $600! After all they put us through over 3+ months, they had the nerve to charge us $600 for an outlet! PLEASE AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! All they care about is dollar signs, not about the QUALITY of their work or customer service."

"The person that did the work was careful and efficient. We are very happy with the end result. It looks like new. The odor from the coating was pretty strong and took a few days to clear from our bathroom because the bathroom does not have a window that opens If we had been able to open a window in the bathroom the odor would probably have dissipated faster."

"Basement Finishing complete!! I know finding someone can be stressful so I wanted to give a shout out to Greg Henslee. His price was fair, communication was great and he finished on time (2 months). He was here every day minus weekends and an occasional day here and there. We even went on vacation, he still came everyday with no issues. I know Greg is booked probably through Spring 2026 but if you are looking for recommendations and not in a rush he is definitely worth contacting for a quote."

"ARK remodeling did an amazing job on our shower and bathroom. It was not a standard shower since it is a much larger walk-in shower and some companies said they could not help us. Jean reviewed all of our options, was very patient with us and gave us great advice for the remodel. We went with ARK based on Jean's overall experience, professionalism, honesty and the quality of materials that he uses. His team did an outstanding job of removing the old shower and partial wall and installing the new shower, sliding door and floor. It was a huge effort by his team and resulted in a shower and bathroom that is absolutely stunning. We were truly amazed with the transformation. Jean and his team were great in communicating throughout the project and stayed on schedule. We would highly recommend ARK remodel and really appreciate what they did for us! "
