Removed concrete flooring, install indoor water gutters, drilled several weep holes, removed old sump basin and sump pumps, installed new equipment, they also install a rubber barrier to guide water to the gutters and placed new concrete where needed. I explain the problem I was having and he proceeded with bringing in his equipment (electric auger) to remove the sludge from the pipe under the sink to the basement. It took him approximately 30 minutes. He did a wonderful job of cleaning up after completing the work.
