Dave Richards does a fantastic job. They are reasonably priced and so responsive to questions. We had a bedroom with egress window, bathroom with shower, kitchenette, family room, and office finished in our basement. It has turned out beautifully and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Dave and Bruce as well as their team of workers did a solid job for us, and we are thrilled to have a functional space for our office/rec room in our basement that was basically just used for storage previously. All the core workers were very diligent and polite. They worked fast! We are enjoying our new space already after only having reached out to Dave's team in early April. Thank you so much!

I hired Dave Richards Home Improvement for a basement remodel and loft conversion. Dave and Bruce are very personable. The contractors that came to work on the projects were very courteous and friendly. Once they show up, they just go about their business. I'm very happy with the end results and would not hesitate to hire them again.

THE CONSTRUCTION WAS POOR. IF YOU LEAN UP AGAINST THE BANISTER, YOU MIGHT END UP BEING THROWN FROM THE PORCH. WHEN HE CAME OUT HE SEEMED TO BE A SWEET-TALKER. HOWEVER, THE WORK WAS MUCH LESS THE QUALITY OF WHAT I HAD EXPECTED. I FELT LIKE HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME BECAUSE I'M OLDER. HE KNEW THAT MY HUSBAND WAS DECEASED, AND HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME.

"LET ME START OFF BY SAYING THAT SHE NEVER VOICED ANY CONCERNS TO US ABOUT THIS WORK, AND WE ARE SORRY SHE WAS SO DISSATISFIED. HOWEVER, SHE HAS CONTRACTED WITH US ON 3 SEPARATE OCCASIONS, NONE OF WHICH SHE COMPLAINED ABOUT. FINALLY, THE COST OF HER REPAIRS CAME TO $29,547.00 NOT THE $58,000 SHE HAS REPORTED. THIS IS THE TOTAL COST OF ALL WORK SHE HAD DONE WITH US WHICH INCLUDES THE COST OF HER BATHROOM REMODEL, PORCH AND SOFFIT/FASCIA/GUTTER WORK."

SOFFIT, GUTTERS, DRAIN WORK, WERE THE THINGS WE NEEDED DONE. HE HAD PEOPLE OUT HERE THE NEXT DAY TO DO THE WORK. HE'S A VERY HARD WORKING MAN AND VERY NICE.
