"Steve came out to describe his process from design to installation of railings.  Came up with various designs -- all good it was difficult to select.  He then met us at the Franklin Glass to select the glass to be integrated into the wrought iron.  Railings installed and one of the glass inserts did not seem quite right.  He personally came out to inspect the concern and took care of the issue immediately.  We really love the originality of his design and enjoyed working with Steve!

"The team of cleaners showed up only 15 minutes after the stated time.  They got right to work.  I was outside doing yard work while they cleaned.  When they were finished, I came inside and immediately smelled how clean my house was.  I walked the house and noticed all surfaces were wiped/dusted, the floors were scrubbed, carpets vacuumed, blinds wiped, tubs scrubbed, etc.  I couldn't find any areas they missed or didn't clean thoroughly.  I would highly recommend using them in the future.
