"Had the whole house insulated in 2016. Just found out that there is now mold in the attic. Have had three different contractors come to look at it and ALL have said the reason is because when the insulation was blown into the attic they did not take the time to rake it away from the soffits. "We had a leak as it was raining very hard and we had taken down the dinning room ceiling and there was a small leak.  They did some patching.  We used them 2 years prior to do a patch and flashing on the roof.  I was satisfied with the outcome. They came out to do the patch and we had them give us an estimate for a new roof. We have some problems on our second floor because we don’t have too much of air flow.  They didn’t really come into the house to see what the problem was and you really can’t tell in the winter but in the summer it is very hot.  It took us 2 weeks to get an estimate from them. I got another estimate and they took into account the air flow. I would rate them high for the patch stuff but I don’t know if they really understood my problem with the summer heat on the 2nd floor.  We haven’t done anything about re-roofing yet but I don’t know if we would with them because they didn’t take into account the problem we have with heat in the summer.  Their responsiveness was very good and they came out the very next day to do the patching. I wouldn’t use them for a new roof but I would use them for patching. "
