"Mice problem in 4400 sq ft of attic; they removed all insulation then disinfected and sanitized the area. Installed new thermal, acoustical, and pest control insulation. Inspected and sealed any exterior entry points. Also included food traps. Josh and his team are fantastic, very professional. They communicate at every step of the way. Cleaned up at the end of every work day. Would 100% hire them again."

Have had three different contractors come to look at it and ALL have said the reason is because when the insulation was blown into the attic they did not take the time to rake it away from the soffits. Now I'm faced with a major repair bill of $3000 to eliminate the mold. Plus, to make matters worse, my utility bill did not go down very much after having this done.
