When he came out, he told me right up front that they were pretty backed up due
to the bad winter. I was fine with that and set a date that was good for both
of us to have the work done. They called the day before to remind me of the
appointment and showed up on time and did the work in one day. They did a great
job, cleaned up after themselves and you couldn?t even tell that they had
popped off the siding to drill the holes for the insulation.
They did the 1st and 2nd floor wall. They drill 2 inch holes in the wall and fill it in. They then finish the drywall. I still have spots where you can tell where the holes were drilled, so they didn?t finish the drywall well. The foam insulation did not help with the noise reduction at all.
I called and spoke with the office manager, but received no help. I called several times over a 10 day period and eventually Steve, the owner, returned my call on May 20th. He contradicted what his salesperson had said about the noise reduction. He sent another team out to put more foam in the walls which meant they drilled more holes in the walls. One of the workers actually told me he wasn?t sure why they told me it would help with the noise reduction because he could guarantee me it wouldn?t help. He explained what materials help with noise reduction. After they left, there was no change in the noise reduction at all.
The technicians were very pleasant and nice but if the salesperson would have been honest with me about the noise reduction and denied the work, I would have had more respect for the company. I felt like I was taken advantage of.

- I heard from provider the day after my review and was scheduled for the next day. They arrived on time and performed work agreed in a timely manner.
I have made three connection attempts via email to schedule - and spoken to a live person TWICE with request for call back to schedule service. Have had zero response and thus no service has still been scheduled. First contact was 11/30 - most recent attempt was 12/17.
I was told all Angies List customers are handled by the owner and my call would be returned the next day. The person answering the phone was unable to answer questions related to it or help me any further.
If I ever hear back - I am willing to provide an updated review.
"Thank you for taking the time to update your review. We appreciate your business! We received a large response when we participated in the Angie’s List Big Deal promotion. Unfortunately, abnormally cold temperatures in the last few months caused a great deal of scheduling conflict, leaving us in a position where ALL customers who had already been booked needed to be shuffled around and rescheduled, not to mention to a number of Big Deal customers that were still waiting for install dates. Our equipment simply will not work when it’s -20° outside, and we haven’t had a break from these temperatures yet. The Big Deal promotion is under no time constraint and we have been operating accordingly. To this date, we have installed for everyone that participated in the offer, unless they withdrew. We apologize to anyone we were unable to connect with in the time period they expected and to those that had to be rescheduled."
