CINCINNATI'S TRUSTED SOURCE SINCE 1958
"I provided exact tank sizes when seeking quotes. Winelco provided a quote of $325. Service bill charged was $525; 40% higher charge. I called to speak with management about quote vs charge with no return call. Winelco website markets that they don’t pump any water, only waste. When I shopped for service, Winelco was significantly lower and the “no water pumped” was part of explanation for why they are cheaper. As it ends up they were more than ALL quotes. I see this as an integrity issue…DO NOT USE WINELCO."

"It went very well! Tim came to the apartment and looked at the issue. He told me that he will place the order for the new and more efficient unit than the old boiler and install asap. Tim's crew came the following Monday to demolish the old boiler and installed the new boiler on the same day. The new boiler was up and running on the same day. It was a smooth startup!"

"Reviewed on Google but got no response: [*** Link removed ***] The salesman was polite and helpful. I would have given this review more stars, maybe even 4 or 5, but only 2 because of the install & non-follow-up: Workmanship is not up to par. The transition duct from the new furnace goes up at an odd angle, with neither angle at each side being symmetrical. The duct should have come straight down, as in the old. Air is flowing out from all four sides of this new paper-thin sheet metal. No attempt was made to seal it. So, in effect, I am cooling and heating a non-occupied storage room. The outdoor unit was solidly soldered in while it was not square to my house. One side overlapped the pad by several inches. Before the tech had me sign off on the job, I took him out to look. Low & behold, everything was square – but at what price? Twisting the unit after being solidly sweated in can cause a constant torque/pressure on the piping & fittings. The tech insisted all was well. The next morning, I had to look up online and call the main office because the AC wasn’t working (no contact info was given to me in case of an issue or workmanship concerns). A service tech came out and found a wire not properly terminated at the outside unit. I would have expected a call at some point from someone to ask how my install went, but I should have known better. I have pics that show the old transition from the furnace – everything straight up & down, and the new odd piece of garbage. Also, the before and after pics of the outside unit not properly in place, then twisted under torque back into place, square with the house."

We are a small contracting company that offers big results. We do have several reliable subcontractors to perform duties that we do not do in the scope of a project.
"Bob and his guys were outstanding. Bob was patient with changes, new ideas, and was a great partner to work with throughout the project. I would (and still do) call him for anything - I trust Bob with all aspects of our home and it's future needs. Bob and his crew are worth their weight in GOLD!"

CP has been providing quality home warranty products since 1998.
"The person performing the service had to make several trips because one of the "new" parts turned out to be faulty. I found both Complete Protection and their local repair contractor to be both very responsive and totally professional at every stage of the repair process."

We are a One Stop Shop for all your waterproofing needs. We have been in business since 2004. We are a small caring company that you can trust for your needs. Additional information: additional email - [email protected]. Additional DBA name - Quality Foundation Waterproof.
"Work began in August. The crew didn't use cement forms, piled cement high to cover where crew stepped in the poured cement, then they said they'd saw the edges smooth and grind down the mounds of cement, which did not work. After over 4 months of excuses, they finally claimed they had prepped the area (They had not.) and sent a subcontractor they hired to do the work, but they made US pay the contractor they hired. But, because the area wasn't correctly prepped, we needed to pay the contractor more to do the job right. Then, QW tried to bill us for work they didn't do. The owner can be very charming and offers a lot of excuses, but cannot seem to manage his business. The owner is just never around and couldn't keep track of the job and no one else did either. We will never hire this firm again. (Note: We typically leave good reviews for the many contractors we have worked with over the years with our real estate business and our own home. It is out of character for us to feel the public needs to be warned about this company.)"

Estimating what size well pump you need is challenging and often inaccurate, but a general rule of thumb is to take the number of fixtures—including water-consuming appliances—in your home and aim for that number in gallons per minute. That calculation method would allow for every fixture in your home to use about one gallon of water per minute. However, it’s best to leave the pump size determination to a professional technician, as they can ensure your pump is providing your home with sufficient water, especially during peak usage hours.
Some states and municipalities restrict well pump repair and replacement to licensed plumbers and technicians, while others don’t have requirements. However, it’s always a good idea to hire a certified plumber to repair or replace well pumps and water pumps. Certified professionals are far more likely to get the job done correctly and prevent future issues, which is especially important for ensuring access to clean water for your home.
It’s possible to fix a broken well pump yourself, but we don’t recommend it. Well pumps are hard to reach and service without the proper equipment, and even if you can reach the pump, it involves working in close proximity to water and electricity, which can be extremely dangerous. Any mistakes made during the repair process could contaminate your water supply or put you and your home at risk. Additionally, some states require that a licensed plumber carry out well pump repair. It’s worth it to hire a professional water pump repair service.
The average cost to repair a well pump is $950, with most well pump repairs ranging between $100 and $2,900. A few factors influence your total repair cost, including the component of your well that needs repair or replacement, the extent of the damage, the accessibility of the pump, and the age and size of your well pump. It might be more cost-effective to replace your well pump if it’s old or has multiple broken components, as the average cost to replace a well pump is $1,800.
Most professional well and water pump technicians will take between two and four hours to replace an above-ground well pump, while a submersible well pump typically takes four to five hours to access and replace. You can also ask your well pump replacement technician how long they expect the process to take, as some jobs take just an hour or two. Keep in mind that you’ll be without access to water during the replacement process, so plan ahead by showering early and stocking up on bottled water for drinking and cooking.
