"It is a shame that some people only post negative comments about companies. As a company, we are instructed not to push back when someone leaves you a negative review. However, in this case, we feel the need Our staff is professional, and we do return phone calls. However, when those calls become harassing and constant there is simply no reason to return them. It is unfortunate that there is no mention of the frantic call that your sump pump was not working, and you were concerned about flooding, Quality Waterproofing sent a technician out that very same day only to find out that it was UNPLUGGED. The days of having a repair man waiting for the phone to ring are over! We did find out that there were other workers in the basement which could have caused this issue and quite frankly other issues who knows. Some of these comments are a little dramatic We also ordered a new sump pump which took longer than expected. Once it arrived, we contacted the customer only to be told we could come and pick up our product. Tony is aware of everything that has gone on and he has attempted to reconcile your issues. There is no disconnect between him and any of his staff. He was just stating a fact. Maybe there should be a site where companies can review their customers.
