"It is a shame that some people only post negative comments about companies. As a company, we are instructed not to push back when someone leaves you a negative review. However, in this case, we feel the need Our staff is professional, and we do return phone calls. However, when those calls become harassing and constant there is simply no reason to return them. It is unfortunate that there is no mention of the frantic call that your sump pump was not working, and you were concerned about flooding, Quality Waterproofing sent a technician out that very same day only to find out that it was UNPLUGGED. The days of having a repair man waiting for the phone to ring are over! We did find out that there were other workers in the basement which could have caused this issue and quite frankly other issues who knows. Some of these comments are a little dramatic We also ordered a new sump pump which took longer than expected. Once it arrived, we contacted the customer only to be told we could come and pick up our product. Tony is aware of everything that has gone on and he has attempted to reconcile your issues. There is no disconnect between him and any of his staff. He was just stating a fact. Maybe there should be a site where companies can review their customers. When Quality Waterproofing was called about the problem, they came out to our house, helped us remove the paneling and trim work in the basement that covered the leaking area to determine the exact location and the cause of the leak. They infused the leaking area with a special epoxy that expanded into the crack of the foundation from the inside and fixed the problem.
This was almost a year after their initial work on our foundation, and we had decided to take the alternative of sealing the crack from the outside. Even so, they did the additional fix at no charge.
Do's and Don'ts: If you have a foundation leak, DO have it sealed from the inside if you can at all do it - even if it means removing basement finish work. DO call Quality Waterproofing. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Because of our great experience with them I hired them to work on a second property that I needed to sell quickly. They came out right away, solved the problem and I sold the house in TWO days!

Tony was no where on the job while his crew broke up my floor, unknowingly to me until they were gone they traipsed through my laundry room to get water and also drug in a garden hose of mien from outside and destroyed it in the process.
AS expected dust was everywhere. I was instructed not to touch any of the patched or repoured areas for several days. Therefore on visual inspection what looked decent was paid for. Unfortunately when it dried there were unlevel areas where they patched, the floor was rough and a dust trap, and even the repoured area was uneven. I called to have them come back and fix the problems.
Twice I rescheduled only to have them "called off" three minutes before they were supposed to arrive on a Monday morning. I started calling the owners cell number incessantly to get him to take responsibility for the poor job. He eventually agreed to come over and look at the floor, only he did not bring any equipment with him to fix the problem. He rescheduled and cam over later in the week with the wrong equipment which further damaged the floor. He then said part fo the floor needed to be broken and repoured again and another part needed a different grinder than what he brought. Instead of getting the new grinder right then, he rescheduled. He assured me he would do the work.
Today a member of his crew arrived without a firm idea of what was supposed to be done. He started asking me exactly what areas to break up and I stated he needed to call Tony to find out. He could not contact the owner and left the job. No rescheduling no assurance (not that those are worth anything from this company) nothing.
I wish I could say that it was a nice guy with bad help; but this company is horrible and I blame it on the unavailability fo the boss Tony Rice. I felt good about hiring a veteran at first. Now I regret ever starting this project.
NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY WORK! YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Please know the Tony can not be on all job sites, that just is not possible. We have job superintendents that are on site who know what the scope of the job is , unfortunately in your case that doesn't seem to be the case. Some of our crew members are no longer with our company for various reasons. Our team's are ready to handle any situations and they have the necessary tools to do so. Again on behalf of Quality Waterproofing please accept my apology."
Quality Waterproofing informed me that they will not warranty their existing work, as our concrete driveway and sidewalk need to be excavated, and re-made to push the water away from the house. They provided me an impromptu quote, which was about $3200 to do said work. They did say they would come out and redo one of the interior cracks in the basement wall. This was some help in reducing water seepage into the basement. They would not redo the existing concrete which was separating from the house foundation along the sidewalk and driveway.
I found this to be a bit absurd, while the previous homeowners certainly were dishonest in their dealings with Quality Waterproofing. Quality Waterproofing took the money, performed the shoddy band-aid fix and they put an equally shoddy warranty on it. The home inspector should of caught this poor work and informed me, and Quality Waterproofing should of not performed such a poor job if they could not warranty it. It is not my fault the original home owners lied, and it is not my fault they performed such poor work. I will have another contractor out in March to quote the job and fix the issue with an actual warranty worth something.
