"I am disappointed with my finished product. Unfortunately, the designer that I initially worked with is no longer with the company. I begin trying to get a resolution in October 2024 and I finally received an e-mail in May 2025 regarding my design. I do not understand why it took so long for a reply but I guess better late than never. Bottom line, I am not happy with the finished product and I am even more unhappy with the customer service I received from this business."
