The quality is outstanding.  My sales representative, Laura, was very professional and answered every question quickly.  The installer was also prompt.  I would definitely use them again.  What I would do differently next time?  I would not have them do any wall repair and painting prior to the installation.  For two of the rooms, they came in the day before the installation to patch and paint.  I would give that part of the job a D.  That part was also very expensive.

The closet turned out great. I think they were creative as far as the design. As I recalled, they got it done within the timing. It went well as I recall.

They were great! I thought the planning aspect was really helpful. They customized to what we needed. They spent probably an hour at our house andanother hour at home putting everything in the computer system.

They were fine. I think their service was good. They came on time and did what they said they would do. I think they could have done more extensive research on how the added storage space would interact within the garage because some drawers and cupboards hit each other and it's a tight fit. I feel they could have measured it out better.

Our first meeting was with Carly.  I felt so bad for her she came out in the worst weather of the year and was on time.  She was professional and very good at her job.  Carly kept in touch from start to finish.  We were moving and the closet was for the new home.  Carly met us several times at the new house to go over the plans and make sure we would be happy with our  closet.  We were notified of installation date and they worked with us to make it as convenient as possible with our schedule.  Dan came on the day of installation and did a super job.  Thanks Carly I recommended you to all of our friends!

I called the 800 number on the listing and was told that no agents were available. I was directed to call a number in Indianapolis, and I got a recorded message to leave my contact information. This was early in the morning, around 8:15 a.m. I never received a call back, so we are using a different service.

She did an excellent job. The woman that came out was very professional and she did a great job figuring out my closet and how to get the most out of a small closet. She was reasonable and I got my Angie's discount. They were very timely and neat in putting it in. The people that came to do the work were very nice. I love it.
