"Then work is beautiful and I am happy with how it turned out. However, the caveat here is that it was done by a subcontractor that I was told they did not hire. I was told that they do the work themselves with their own people and then a subcontractor showed up to my door and introduced himself as such. When the salesman was quoting the job for me, he failed to find out where the pipes were ran to make certain that everything would fit properly. Come to find out form the guy doing the work, the valve body that operates the on/off function and flow of the water would not fit in the space that the old regulator valve came out of. This meant that all of my bathroom storage had to come out and a wall needed to be built to create space for the valve to sit. I was told the cabinet needed to come out and I agreed to the work. However, I asked them to work with me and get me some sort of storage back since my bathroom was ALL OVER my living room and they did nothing to make it right."

I live by the Wolf Creek Tavern in Norton’s loyal Oak & for the first time since moving in late 2001/early 2002 my basement suffered a massive flood August 8, 2023. Owner Mike Johns gave me his plan & the estimate. Other companies sent young people who never actually did the work and were basically just reinstalling what I already had downstairs. Mike had a much better plan, And I feel confident that I could finish my basement and it is never going to get wet again! I now have a sump pump in each corner of the basement, the sump pumps have secondary backup pumps, they have battery back ups in case the power goes out, all the pumps and all my downspouts all the way around the house are now dumped far from the house down by the road. They were both very understanding of our hectic home with three kiddos ?? we only had a shower stall in our main bathroom before the install, so we are really enjoying the deep soaker bathtub with kids! "Got a quote based on information I gave, knowing that this was an estimate based on usual circumstances. Very punctual, two problems, first was a clogged drain than was cleared quickly, the second was a defective outside spigot that split because I forgot to remove house line for the winter. The basement was finished making it difficult to get to the line so replacement could be completed. Both jobs were completed, area was broom clean, the final bill was slightly higher then quote because of extra time need to get to line with out damaging. Ceiling etc. I would use again, loved his good nature and humor."
